I brought in my wrecked vehicle here after reading the positive reviews and because of the shops proximity. This turned out to be a mistake. As I walked into the shop, the first employee turned and looked at me, and quickly turned around without asking if I needed anything or even acknowledging that a customer had just walked in. A rude man at the front desk looked at me with disdain and asked "Can I help you?" - as if I was wasting his time. A representative did a quick estimate of how much the vehicle repairs would cost, and while it was a staggering amount, this car meant a lot to me. I bought this vehicle when I was stationed at Fort Bragg and drove it for almost two years before the wreck. I asked the representative several times if there was any possibility of more significant damage once they started taking the vehicle apart, but he assured me that it was fixable within the estimate range that he wrote up. Two hours after dropping it off, I receive a phone call from the representative stating that the car ended up having much more significant damage than initially estimated. I then went back to the shop only to hear him tell me that now the cost of repairs would be twice the amount that he estimated. I decided to cut my losses at that point. What I was left with was a bill of almost 400 dollars for them to simply take a few pieces off the car and call me two hours later to tell me that it would cost twice as much as they had estimated to repair the vehicle. After this experience, I sincerely believe that this establishment does not run an honest business. The customer service was horrendous. The way in which they handled my vehicle estimate and attempted repair was dishonest and unethical. I highly recommend that anyone considering this establishment for their vehicle repairs go elsewhere.

Worst experience with a body shop ever. My new Ford F150 (6K miles) had to be repainted entirely due to a massive over spray situation. After over 50 days in Westside Collisions possession (3 separate times in the shop) my truck has major issues with scratches in the clear coat and the front bumper not matching the grill (like it did when I bought the truck). This company operates with zero integrity and there commitment to quality is non existent. The shop was recommended to me by Geico and choosing to leave my truck with the was a huge mistake. If fixing quality problems cost them too much expect them to spend a lot of resources trying to convince you that it doesnt get any better. Excuses and total BS is all I received from Travis and Drew. Do not make the same mistake I did. There are better options available.

My vehicle was brought here for repairs after being in a head on collision. The vehicle lost coolant at the scene and the shop did not do any mechanical work or top off any fluid. When I picked up my vehicle it began to overheat within a mile from shop. After dropping of the vehicle they claimed it was the radiator cap. the next day i picked up my vehicle and it began to overheat again. After returning to the shop they re diagnosed the vehicle and claimed it was the clutch fan. My issue is still unresolved and GEICO is not being any more helpful than the shop. Very disappointed with the way this is being handled. i do not recommend anyone bring their vehicle here, given that they have been handling the situation very poorly.

I am impressed with the results. I am a very particular (usually dealership only) type of girl and after examining closely for 2 days I have not found any issues. I had minor scratches and a bent rear quarter panel it took 3 days to repair just as they explained when I dropped my car off. Now I have to say I was a little disturbed with the customer service. My car was due for pickup on Tuesday, and by 4:30 I havent heard from the shop therefore I called them and in fact my car was ready so I questioned the delay in notifying me. I picked my vehicle up the next day and everything was fine..they even ran it thru the car wash! So the work is a 5 and the customer service is 4

Everyone I had the chance to interact with at this shop was great! From the time I walked in to drop off my vehicle to the time I walked out (the next day) after picking it up, everyone was extremely courteous and made me feel good about getting my repairs done there. Speaking of repairs, not only did they do an excellent job of fixing my damage, they were able to get it done by the next day. This was mainly rear bumper damage but Im sure most places would have taken close to a week to complete this repair. They had my vehicle done in two business days. I dont ever wish to be in another accident, but if I am this shop will be the one repairing my vehicle.

Took my Nissan Titan to Westside Collision for body work after a minor traffic accident Tuesday, Nov 18th. Was told that the truck will take about a week to repair. I get a call the next day from Westside Collision saying that my truck was ready. I was amazed at the time it took to repair the damage to my truck and the quality of said repair. They also have Enterprise rental car services there so you dont need to have someone wait to take you elsewhere. I would highly recommend giving these guys a call.

Well I came into westside collision kind of bummed because I wrecked my 2010 Dodge Ram but throughout the whole process they always gave me updates and had great customer service I didnt just feel like a customer I felt more like family. They not only did an amazing job but they got my truck back to me quick. I highly recommend westside collision to anyone who gets in an accident theyll have your car looking brand new. They even detail your car for free!

Honestly the best car repair center I have ever been to. No one stands up to these guys! The back left side of our car got smashed in & through our insurance, Westside Collision was suggested to us. They provided the most excellent care & always gave us texts & call updates about the service of the car. It was even finished 3 whole days before we were told to pick it up. For now on this is the only place I will come to when I have car problems.

I really like this place. They offer text message updates. I never went long without being updated via text or phone call the status of my car. They offer lifetime warranty on their paint job and Enterprise and All State are on-site. They really take pride in their work which certainly shows. Customer service was 100%. If I ever need work done on my car Im coming here no questions asked.

Just picked up mar car and was very impressed. The work was awesome and the people were very nice as well. They called me to keep me informed and also send text which was very cool. When my car got towed their i asked a lot of question and they were very helpful when answering and were knowledgeable to. Awesome place 5 stars
