I went to change my Jettas weather stripping for one of the door, they ordered it for me and they called me when it was received, and everything was going very professional and nice. then I took the car there to start the actual replacement of the stripping, it took them about an hour to do it, I found a gap between the new weather stripping and the car ceiling, so I called the guy to see it. He simply said that the gap was already there before the technician started working on it, which is simply not true, I even asked him why didnt the technician pointed out before working on it, of course he didnt reply. I asked him to fix it and he said "no" we cant do anything about it, and the technician has no reason to lie, and this gap was already there. I tried to call their customer service to report this non sense, but they close at 5:00 pm ET, so I left them a voice message. I will see how they will react and will update or add a new review. Updates ====== I will be changing my rating to this location from 1 to 3 as they cooperated and took my car to an upholstery who according to Drew the owner said that it is not the fault of Maaco, I have nothing to do more but at least he took an extra step that his other guy didnt want to take

Why doesn’t google have option for 0 rating? Please don’t go to this place for even a minor work for your car. The manager Drew is a liar and rude. He doesn’t know how to talk with the customer. His employee told me at the beginning of work that it is covered with 3 year warranty which includes 2 year full and 1 year partial. After I pay for the work Drew told that now they cannot cover this warranty and talked to me in unprofessional way in front of his customers. His employee also accepted what he told at the beginning of work but this manager Drew doesn’t have any sense to say sorry. He is thinking that his shop is the only shop in the city for collision repair and paint. Also their work is not good. They did the complete roof paint on my car and from the beginning it has bubbles and dust sticking. They didn’t even try to set the outer gaskets. Also inside my car I found so much water. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

First off, I would like to say Im only speaking for my experience at this location. Person who took care of me was courteous, polite, friendly, and professional. Had damages to my bumper on one side. Received estimate. Payment was determined and taken care of. All documents were clearly explained with great communication. Car was left for repair and finished in 3.5 days. There were minor damages on the other side of bumper which was also touched up on. Bumper repaired and repainted. This place went above and beyond what was agreed upon to make sure not only the damaged side was repaired but the entire bumper. I appreciate the honesty and service I experienced from the first handshake to the last one. They really took care of my vehicle.

Over the years, Ive had many paint jobs completed on vehicles at daily driver to show quality levels. Worked with Drew to repaint my 1965 Datsun Fairlady Roadster about 5-6 years ago. The guys delivered at the price/quality that was quoted. I disassembled the trim on the car myself before painting, to limit overspray. Maaco Westheimer, did a fair amount of body work, and really brought the old car back to life. Though I no longer own the car, Im heading back for an estimate on my next project.

Called before coming to MAACO and they told me they would be able to assist with my issue. Gave them my name and phone number to schedule an appointment. Drove all the way up there and was there for less than a 1 minute when they told me they could not help me. What was the purpose of me calling you and giving you my information. If you knew you couldnt help me, why not call me back and inform me of that. Such of waste time and poor customer service.

The paint on my car was peeling all over. Brought it to Macco on Westheimer and the guys there makes it looks like new. Really exceeded my expectations. The price was reasonable and the job was done before the scheduled date. Drew was polite and professional. They even gave me a lift home after dropping off the vehicle. Good job. Thanks Mr. Richard, Drew, and Alex. If you have an older vehicle and need a fresh paint coat, you can check them out.

I took my mercedes c350 to this shop for a paint touch up on a few spots and to say Im completely satisfied with the work that the shop did. The owner and worker Steve, made sure I was happy with the work they did on my car and also, they did extra work on some things without charging me and explain all that was done. I would definitely recommend them to others and I will be back for some more work on my wifes car.

Great guys to work with. Frank and Drew are professional and have been on time with every car Ive brought over. I work for an auto repair facility and bring them at least 2 cars a month. Every time the work is exactly as described whether working on a budget or with insurance OE grade work. Even had my girlfriends 97 Lexus brought back to life, looks like a new car! Will be using them for years to come.

I went there for a quote, not knowing what to expect. My job was a self pay, as it was to fix a bunch of dents and scratches Ive accumulated over the last few years. The price was very reasonable, in my opinion, and the work was excellent! Im proud of my car once again! They did the work in only 2 days...dropped it off on a Monday, picked it up on a Wednesday. Brought my truck in to be painted from blue to white. My truck had huge patches of paint peeling all over, as well as damage to the front bumper. In less than a week the guys here made it look brand new. The owner is very friendly and professional, and the prices were reasonable. I would definitely come back here for any paint work in the future.

The store lied to me to get business I had a cosmetic repair and the store promised it would be filed as such. Instead they filed it to CarFox as a damage caused by accident. They charged me $400 but my car depreciated by $2000 and my insurance went up. Will never do business with them and do not recommend anyone as they will screw you over.

Went there for a quote based on the quote and pictures Id sent. NONE of the advertised quotes, phone quotes were honored!! In fact, the OWNER quoted me a price several hundred dollars higher. His delivery is terrible and they seem to not care about people who work hard for their money. Definitely would not recommend them to anyone!!!!!!
