My daughter was involved in a minor fender bender, but her front bumper was in need of repair. I can honestly say that they don’t make cars like they used to. A small bump will tear the entire bumper off. Anyway, her car is a 2014 Dodge Avenger, so repairing the damage was the only option. I searched Yelp for a collision shop that was near where I live. I saw a couple of repair shops, but the reviews on Yelp were not all that great. I kept searching and stumbled upon Westheimer Paint & Body Auto Collision Shop, and what did I see? 5 stars on Yelp! I read through the reviews and decided to take my daughter’s car in for an estimate. I was greeted by John, told him the situation, and he immediately went to work. He walked outside, assessed the damage, wrote up an estimate and said he would work with my insurance company (GEICO) and Enterprise Rent-A-Car to keep my daughter rolling while her car was being repaired. John went the extra mile and explained how the entire process would work. He left no stone unturned as he explained how the insurance company would provide an estimate and he would work with them on any additional damage found once the bumper was removed. Well what do you know? Once the bumper was removed, additional damage was found. Of course, there is always some hidden damage in situations like this. John took care of everything. I did not have to step in and lift a finger. John called GEICO and worked with their adjuster on approving the additional cost to replace the bumper with a brand new bumper. In GEICO’s original estimate, they wanted to repair instead of replace the bumper. John said no way. This car needs a new bumper and a new under guard panel. John got the job done! When the car was ready, I can honestly say it looked brand new. I couldn’t tell the bumper had issues just a few days before. What I saw was definitely the work of a 5 Star body shop. In a separate incident about a year ago, my daughter needed the rear bumper replaced. We took the car the a large Toyota dealership’s collision shop because GEICO recommended them. Well the work was mediocre at best. I was not pleased with their work at all. Well fast forward a year later, and I am so happy that I took her car to Westheimer Paint & Body Auto Collision Shop. Their work is second to none. I had the opportunity to meet one of the owners, Aly. He was very nice and made sure we were happy with the work. John and Aly made my daughter and I feel like we were celebrities. They definitely made sure that we received 5 star treatment, and the body work on her car was 5 star work. It’s been a long time since I had the opportunity to visit a place of business that exhibited such professionalism and friendliness at the same time. Their prices are just right and if you have a conversation and explain your situation, I’m sure they will work something out with you. Trust me when I tell you this…. Don’t trust any other body shop with your car. Stop in for an estimate. You will not be disappointed.

Did a Superb and excellent job on my car - friendly and professional managers and employees. I am a car guy and very meticulous with car care and maintenance. My new Infiniti QX60 got hit by an unknown reckless driver while parked in a hotel parking lot. The rear bumper sustained some deep scratches and the bumper popped out off its mounting clips in a few places. I took the vehicle to this body shop - my first experience with these guys. They did a great job on my vehicle. The paint color matches well with the car. You dont see any traces at all of the damage. Ali, Ahmed and John are friendly and professional. They took the time to explain what needs to get done and the process involved. I live about 14 miles from the shop and had no ride to go home if I drop my vehicle. Shop Manager John arranged for one of his employees to drive me home. I was quoted a 3 day work but I got my car back on the 2nd day!!! I highly recommend this shop to anyone who cared about perfection and detail on their vehicles. I will definitely use their services again if I would need any auto paint or body work in the near future.

Stay away from this place - the guys were friendly to take my car in and called me after a week that it was ready to be picked up. I went and noticed that the light was not replaced they had kept the original one that insurance had paid to replace and noticed the fender was loose too. They said they would fix and called me a few days later - I went back and noticed that there was a big gap between the light and the fender. Now thew drama started and the guy said it was the previous repair that was not done well blah blah and they started threatening with charging additional fees for keeping the car after the repair was complete. It was my mistake to leave the car with these guys to save some my deductible - wish i had left it with Acura dealership... I dont have time to fight it with these guys so leaving a review here ...

Ms. Jamuna Chandrasekaran You have gone online and wrote a review stating that Westheimer Paint and Body didnt repair your vehicle properly, and didnt honor your warranty. Ms. Chandrasekaran you have left out the fact that your vehicle has new damage in the same area, and that you tried to claim the new damage under warranty. You also left out we tried to work with you by offering you a %50 discount as well. Ms. Chandrasekaran we did everything we could do to make you happy, and I’m sorry we were not able to repair the new damage under warranty without you pay anything.

Found this place convenient able to drop my car off and was actually given an accurate amount of time it would take to have my car worked on! the damage on my car was a large dent on the rear door and needed to rebuff that area along with handling some scratches. I was given a fair price and even tipped the guy that worked on my car, ask for Naser when you get there! reach out to me as needed cause I would definitely be happy to give that place business, living in Houston ill more than likely be back for any future work needed to any car of mine or a friends!

I had some body work done on my Audi A8 after a minor fenderbender, and could not have been more satisfied with the results. The entire staff was helpful and competent, I was offered a ride home, and given all the relevant information without any difficulties. The repair was timely and professionally done, the paint color matched seamlessly with the original paintjob, and all for a reasonable price. If you ever need body work done on your car, dont hesitate to choose this shop, John will take care of you.

By far the best body shop Ive ever been to with amazing customer service. I was rear ended by someone that didnt have insurance but Naser was very honest & helpful and gave me a way better price than the other body shops I checked out to compare prices. All the work was done very quickly and the rear bumper looked better than when I bought the car. I will definitely take my car back there for all my future needs & recommend for anyone wanting the best quality, service, & affordable price
