My insurance recommended caliber. I dropped off my vehicle on a wed. and they called me the following wed. that it was ready. I got there to pick it up and the paint job on my driver door had bubbles and about a 6" line in the paint. They had to redo the door. Took an extra 2 days. Was annoyed but atleast they acknowledged it and fixed it. I get home with it and realize the keyless entry wasnt working on the side they worked on. I went back and sat there for about 2 hours while they figured it out. Brought it around front and still wasnt working. Took it back and realized they hadnt reprogrammed the key. The most annoying part is when Im trying to explain how the keyless entry isnt working, the employee is almost dismissing me and trying to tell me THIS is the way it works. You have to use your key to lock it. I said no, Ive had this car for 5 months and never had to take my keys out of purse. They did fix the keyless entry on the doors. I had to go back a 3rd time! My liftgate still wasnt unlocking. They took it back for about 20 min and he brought back up to me and said it should have a unlock button here!? No dude. Once again, Ive had this car for 5 months and it never had a button back here and has worked just fine. So, I left without it fixed bc he just shrugged his shoulders and said well, I dont know. Annoying to say the least. Wont be going back. UPDATE: took to the dealership and had them check out the liftgate still not unlocking. A piece was missing. An antenna. They did not put my car back together correctly. Now I not only made this trip to dealership to get fixed but have to come back to get installed.

The work done on our vehicle was exceptional I say this because I was not able to confirm the work done under the cosmetics. It looks good from the outside...I give it a score of three because the clean up was very un acceptable. The defective parts that were removed from our vehicle were all discovered on the 3rd seat of our SUV a couple of days later. Our vehicle was supposed to be ready on a Friday but the rep helping us asked if he could keep the care over the weekend so he could do a through job on cleaning the vehicle out, we agreed. We picked up the vehicle late on Monday thinking all was going to be ready and it looked ok then, but when we took a close look at the vehicle the car had not been washed it had only been scrubbed down with a wet cloth and you could see all the dirt rubbed all over the vehicle. When I mentioned it to the rep he asked that we bring it back so that they could take care of it. they did clean the outside of the vehicle but on the inside they still had all the grease and auto dirt on the doors and floor mats which I pointed out to them. The took it back in and this time around they scrubbed the inside so hard that they scrubbed the finish off the door panel handles. when I pointed that out to them they said they would replace the panels at cost but they never did. We went back and forth for a little over a week till I finally gave up and ordered the parts from the dealership and replaced them myself. So thats the reason for the three score could have been worse.

I am writing to you today to explain the experience I had at Cabliator Collision at 23266 Northwest Fwy, Cypress, TX 77429 on 1/12/17 while I was speaking with the Jonathan the service manager he was outright rude and not accommodating to his clients. Mr. Jonathan, spoke to me in a very harsh manner. My son’s vehicle has been in the shop for three weeks and to date still there. While speaking with Jonathan, I asked if he could assist with the coverage of the rental car, given the fact the truck was supposed to ready before Jan 9th. This is when Jonathan spoke to me as if I was his child. After my conversation with Jonathan, I called my insurance company explained to my adjuster the problem and without hesitation we called Jonathan on a conference call. Needless to say his tone was completely different. I am a woman of a particular age and does not allow anyone to speak to me in a disrespectful way. It is appalling to witness an employee Jonathan of such a respected chain/company to behave in such a manner. I was both shocked and disappointed to have been treated in this way and believe you should be made aware of your employee’s actions. I trust that this is not the way that Calibator Collision does business and that you will mention my concern with Jonathan about the incident. I am open to discussing the matter further and should hope that you will respond with a solution to prevent this incident from happening again. Sincerely, GB.

I used this place once before and was satisfied so I decided to use them again. BIG MISTAKE! I had to take my car back twice to get my car fixed right. The person that was there when I went to pick it up said to please rate them a 10 because if its not a 10 the company will get on them. Glad I didnt give them a review then because as soon as I got home, the repair was coming off! Scottie was horrible and I refused to deal with him any longer because of stupid excuses. The manager Jason tried to make things right and after the 3rd time they had my car it was fixed. They need to work on customer service and how to speak to their customers and not give stupid excuses. Dont know if they had a turn around in employees but it was not a good experience from the first time I was there. The work seemed like it was rushed after a week and a half of keeping my car. They are lucky Im giving them even 1 star. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!

If they get rid of the manager Jason, I think they would pick up more business. This guy has the customer service skills of a 10 year old girl. Dont understand why anyone would turn away business, my truck had minor damage, but guess since its older, and custom, he didnt have a clue on how to handle it and just made excuses. Drove my wrecked truck 2 miles away to rancourt and they were more than happy to take it in.

Such a bad place. I had my Honda Pilot for collision, they repaired fast in three days asked to give good rating on their survey. After 10 days I see they missed a bolt. Went back they fixed. Then after a month I have check engine light. I go to my mechanic, I find that the hose to transmission is not clipped right during collision repair. Such a botched up job. Never go to these guys.

Ive used Caliber Collision (Cypress) several times for vehicle property damage repairs. They provide quality work at a competitive rate. Their customer service is spectacular. Everyone is friendly and efficient. They communicate well and follow-up. They work well with the insurance companies too.
