Absolutely horrible, would not recommend this place if my life depended on it! Giving a "one star" review is probably being too kind. These people are unethical and unprofessional. Its not coincidence that, if you read the reviews posted on Google, roughly 80% of customers gave a "one star" review. I have contacted the BBB. Took my truck to different shop, and both GEICO adjuster and 2 auto body techs said work performed on my vehicle by Service King Tomball is among the worst they have ever seen. After being in the shop for a total of 20 days, I went to pick my truck up (for the second time), only to find that the repair work, which involved repairing fender damage and replacing the front bumper assembly, was beyond substandard: tremendously flawed paint, color wasnt close to matching, areas remained unpainted and "gooked up", fit was horrible. Additionally, I came to find that supposedly new front valance is all scratched up where, in my opinion, they obviously tried to tape it off during painting, as opposed to removing it; also, area where supposedly new bumper assembly meets passenger side front fender has chips and is not fully painted. They didnt bother to even paint the back/bottom sides of anything they repaired/replaced. Lastly, there is paint overspray all over the mounting hardware, with "shims" used to make stuff fit (which none of it does). The fender they supposedly repaired even has sanding scars that are still noticeable under the paint. Post "Service King inspection" indicates that bumper assembly was, at some point, painted without being removed from truck first. They have a lifetime guarantee on their work, but I could have left it there for a lifetime, and they still wouldnt have gotten it right. Luckily, GEICO has stepped up and is paying to start again from square one, which will involve replacing everything that Service King even remotely touched. When I finally went to rescue my truck from Service King (after the assistant manager told me that they had re-done job 3 times), the assistant manager said, "Looks better, huh?" Wouldnt it be more appropriate to be able to say, "Looks perfect now, huh?" Unreal... They took a brand new 2015 GMC Canyon Pick up, and virtually ruined it. Do not take your vehicle to Service King...EVER!!!! I have started and will continue to lobby for GEICO to quit doing business with these crooked people.

Went in to get bumper, headlight, fender, grill, and airbag relpaced/fixed from front end collision. They send text updates of where the car is in the repair process which is nice to know. After about a week they tell me my car is done. I go to pick it up and there is a 3x3 in scratch all over the girl that was obviously part of the wreck. They said they thought it was previous damage, so didnt repair it. For the trouble, they told me the would clean my other headlight which as hazy and looked bad compared to my brand new one.A few days later I come back and while they did clean the headlight, they only cleaned about 50% of it. After a better inspection of the entire car, they didnt blend between bumper and fender. They clear coated over paint chips on the hood that had dust particles from sanding underneath it and the bumper had large gaps between it and the fender because it wasnt clipped in well. It was like they didnt even look at the work they completed. I mentioned this to them, and after about 2 weeks of back and forth with my insurance trying to get my insurance to pay for it- instead of them paying for it themselves because it was their bad work- I heard back from them and set an appointment to fix everything. They did a good job on redoing it and even fixed a dent in my hood that wasnt part of the damage and fixed the paint chips. However, the new headlight I got now had condensation inside from a failure of gasket or faulty casing. There was also a new black scratch on the brand new bumper that looked like it was made from their equipment hitting the bumper.Again, Its like they dont properly look over the car after they complete the work to make sure everything looks 100%. Overall, disappointed with the quality of their work, but their service was OK and the willingness to try to make things right was good, they just arent capable of doing a good job.

The repair work was not done properly. They used the wrong parts. There were gaps in all the repairs and looks like no one cared about the work they were doing or the customers satisfaction. The headlights were not on properly. The hood was not on properly. They had gaps and in some places it sat higher than the fenders and in others it sat lower. The bumper was not on properly and not attached and stuck out in places. The car now runs hot and idles rough and it never did that before. There is a popping noise either in the steering column or the brakes. They did a horrible job with the repairs. When I picked up my car, they took my money before showing me the car. The gentleman just handed me the paperwork, answered one question and said bring it back if there are any problems, then left while I was still looking at the car and pointing out the problems. I will say that when I returned the next day, Tammy tried to reassure me that the work would be redone and done to my satisfaction. I am waiting to see if that happens. Tammy is very good at keeping clients updated and does try to help. She was the only good experience. I had a good impression of Service King before they did the work, now I have changed my mind. Hopefully once the repairs are corrected, I can say they do great work.

This whole experience was awesome. Place was clean & very professional staff. My vehicle was scheduled to go in on Tuesday, I called and spoke with Galinda, the admin, she gave me the number of Tammy Phillips. Called Tammy, explained to her my situation and she told me to swing it on by to see if she could get me in. She did, the work took about a week. Kept me updated via texts straight to my phone as well as email updates on the whole process. I went to pick up my vehicle and Galinda gave me the run down of my paper work. Very nice, very professional and always making sure that I was satisfied. The job was great, it was a theft claim, so window repair and paint was needed. I am very particular of my things and very detailed orientated so I was expecting some flaws, but to my surprise, it looked as if nothing happened. The only thing was the tint on my window was off compared with the others, but I had planned to get this all redone anyway at a later time. These people are what makes this company. My gratitude goes out to Tammy and Galinda and the folks who took care of my vehicle.

I recently made my second visit to the Tomball, TX location due to my unfortunate luck on the road. I have been involved in two not at fault accidents within the past six months. Both times Tammy has been my advisor, and I could not have been more pleased with the customer service that she provided. She was there every step of the way--whether it was answering questions I had (which was a lot), or just keeping me updated three times a week on how everything was going with my vehicle. Ive been to other shops in the past, and the only time you hear from them is usually when the vehicle is done and they want their money. Although accidents arent fun to go through, Tammy took care of absolutely everything and made the process as easy as possible for me. This is also why I came back to her the second time around. Let me also add that the repair work was above expectation. My first accident was when I had less than 3,000 miles on my vehicle. When it was returned to me it looked as though I was picking it up off of the dealer lot for the first time.
