I was referred to your shop a few years ago by my close friend, Cody Mann. The Mann Family & my family have been very close since Cody and my brothers played little league football together for the Tomball Redcats. So I trusted Cody when he referred me to your shop for any repair issues. My car has been in the care of your shop a few times, & Ive never experienced any issues. Until now... I brought my car in to be repaired after an accident in February. Upon completing repairs, I was told that my a/c wasnt blowing cold (which it was fine when I brought my car in) so they were going to send it to their mechanic & have it fixed. It supposedly ended up being the compressor so it was supposedly replaced. At the end of June, for months later, my a/c starts blowing hot again. I call & speak with Sam about the issue, explaining to him that I wouldnt be able to bring it back in that day, but that I would be on vacation the week after 4th of July so I would bring it back then. He agrees that that would be fine. I did just that. I dropped my car off Monday afternoon, July 6th. When I returned from vacation on July 9th, my car was ready for pickup. I was very grateful that Sam was able to get it taken care of for me. The next Monday, my a/c began to blow hot AGAIN. I call Sam but he is out (due to having a beautiful baby boy). I wait patiently to hear from him. No return call. I spoke with Scott & he informed me that he would have to speak with you before he could tell me what could be done. Finally, I spoke with Sam and we coordinated to meet at your shop at 8am last Saturday for him to drive my car over to the mechanic & have him repair whatever needed to be repaired since they were only open from 8-12 on Saturdays. I was, again, very thankful that Sam was willing to work with me since your shop wasnt open on Saturdays but that was my day off. I arrive at the repair shop last Saturday at 750, inconveniencing my Mother, having her miss work, to pick me up while Sam would have my car. 8am comes. No Sam. 815. No Sam. 830. Still no Sam. I leave, expecting to receive a call on Monday morning from Sam explaining why he never showed up. No call. Its been a week. Im commuting 2 hours to work & 2 hours home everyday in 100 degree weather with no a/c. I am very frustrated.

My car was towed there. Interior and exterior were super clean before. When I got my car I had an infestation of ants. I had no food or liquids in my car. Their lot is clearly infested with ants. This is the lowest class of my care being towed. Of course I was blamed for them parking my car in an ant infested area. Not their fault they parked my car on an ant mound! They might as well have parked it in a ditch. I had the tiniest bit of what was a fast food fry, hardly " food in my car" that millimeter of a fry must of been there for weeks, never had ants before! Yet I was told its my fault I had food in my car, non existent food. Naturally you cant control ants, yet if my car wasnt infested before and after being on your lot it becomes infested, where did the ant infestation occur? Your lot. I offered to pay to have the lot exterminated so no one would have their car parked on an ant hill. They declined and seemed not to really care at all. "Sorry" is a very easy word to say. There was no sorry their lot is infested, instead it was my fault piece of a French fry fell weeks ago. The ants didnt infest until my car was in their property. Never take your care here unless you want ants and to be told its your fault. What a disgrace. Ill spray your lot with ant killers for you. No one should have to experience this. I will personally come and spray your lot or pay an exterminator! Dont blame me for your ant infested lot and for parking my car near ants. Your in the country with naturally occurring bugs and ants and you claim its the drivers fault that a ant infestation occurs. They could at least of apologized for the disaster, yet they were very defensive. Likely Im the first victim of their lot. As owners, I would be ashamed. They didnt care, completely defensive. Directed me to the car wash with free vacuums. Thanks for ruining my Lexus!

Sam is great to work with, has worked on several of our cars and we have never had a problem. I guess he has one person who got ants in his car so my suggestion is for Lamar Little to provide everyone with a bag and tell them to remove all belongings and then show them where the vacuum is so the owner of a vehicle can give the body shop a clean car. Then ants wont be in the car once it gets picked up. Seriously, this family owned business has been nothing but helpful to us when we have cars towed in. Sam will tell you, "I will deal with the insurance adjuster. You dont have to bother. That is my job, I will handle it from here. Relax!!!!!" They know this is stressful for families and they do strive to take the burden off of the owner. I have no complaints from my experiences thru the years of working with either Sam or Lamar. Absolutely, these are business owners who are going to take the high road and try to please the customer. I have learned you cant please everyone. However, these guys will bend over backwards to help you...

Had my 2013 Camry repaired - they did a fantastic job. Everyone I talked to in person / on the phone was incredibly polite and courteous. I did have a problem with a rear seat belt that affected because of the accident, but did not notice it until a day after. I called and talked to Scott and he said to bring it by and hell take a look at it. Went by the next day - but Scott wasnt there. But he told Sam that I might be by while he was out - Sam helped me out - went to the car - was able to look at it and take care of it on the spot - everything is good. Sorry about the other peoples bad experience - but I saw no evidence of rudeness or anything negative. My car was totally detailed upon picking it up after repairs. Will bring back should I need any other repairs - hopefully not? :)

My truck was involved in a front side collision and was towed to Lamar Little Paint and Body. They did a excellent job and you cannot tell where the front end was damaged. When I arrived to pick it up the truck had been washed and was ready to go. Everyone was was very polite and professional. I even had to return for a little correcting with the front tire and splash guard and the issue was taken care of right away. No complaints here. Sam and everyone involved did a great job.

My car got nailed pulling out of a parking lot on the way to work about a month ago and my tow truck driver mentioned how great Lamar Little Auto Paint & Body was so I decided to go with them. Very impressed with the customer service and how friendly and professional this group is (especially Lamar!) Very nice group of people with great customer service. Very happy I gave them a try, will definitely recommend them in the future!
