I wish i could rate this Caliber location even higher ! I can not say enough wonderful things about the staff and manager Pedro at the Caliber Collision 249 location ! I originally took my car to the Westpark location since i live in Richmond where i encountered a nightmare of a situation, The manager was little to no help and made all kinds of promises he couldnt keep put me in a rental they offered to pay for - I ended up having to take my car to the 249 location which is an hour and 15 minutes away from me ...... Pedro was able to fix my car within a day and at no charge. He was sincerely apologetic that i had such a bad experience at the westpark location. I thought i was done, the car was fixed and i was good to go. About a week later i started receiving bills from enterprise rent a car saying i owed 167.00 - for a rental westpark said they would pay for - in fact they didnt even have my CC info because payment wasnt necessary- 6 days of doing nothing to my vehicle and now i was getting bills. I spoke to Pedro at the 249 location and he told me not to worry about it he would handle it and would speak to the manager at westpark and get it handled, they went back and forth and during that time i received 2 more bills one informing me enterprise would turn it over to collections. I spoke to Pedro this morning and he told me right away not to worry about it he would call westpark and just pay the bill, even though it was NOT his responsibility. Pedro has called me personally to check on the situation and has handled all the problems ASAP. I can not thank Pedro and the staff at Tomball 249 location enough for all the help ..... i will drive the hour and 15 minutes anytime for service like that. Thank you Pedro

Had an AWESOME experience at this Caliber Collision location. I had a lot of places to choose from, but after reading the reviews of this company at this location I decided to take my car there for the repairs from a wreck. This location was out of my way in a big way, but IT WAS SO WORTH IT! Let me start with Mary at the front. She is the kindest person with the best customer service. Always a smile, down to earth and extremely accommodating. Loved her! Customer service is SO rare these days when you actually encounter it, you are overly grateful for it. Now, Matt. I read some great reviews about Matt and he lived up to what everyone was saying and then some. He really went to bat on my repairs to make sure I was completely taken care of and the end result was incredible. My car looks amazing! Matt was so thorough, so friendly and just made the whole experience - that could have been so unpleasant, so great. I couldnt thank Matt enough - excellent customer service, communication and just made sure the job was top notch. I cannot say enough about this place and I know that going forward I will always take the trip over to see them. Their work looks great and has a lifetime warranty. Thank you Caliber Collision, Matt & Mary. I left a very happy customer today and it was all thanks to you both!

I am taking the time to actually give a " this repair shop is PHENOMENAL" review. Pedro Alvarez and team stepped up and corrected ANOTHER repair shops mistake. They treated us with "how can we make things right" when they were not the original shop I took my car to for some minor work. They was responsive , did not try to make excuses for the other shop..... they just made it right. Im sorry they had to get involved but at least I know if I need repair work to my car again where to go. As a whole when, when Caliber Collision headquarters learned of my problems they responded fast and made a point to make the customer happy. Highly recommend CCC on 249 in Tombal.

HORRIBLE TREATMENT and SERVICE by the GEICO center there!!! Never take your vehicle there! They will not help you at all and they do everything or find any excuse not to pay a penny out of their pocket! If I could give a zero or negative stars, I would have done that! They do not deserve even a single star! The location is in a remote area, the couches smell so bad and disgusting, and the service is very slow with a lot of questions. They did not help me at all and because of that, I may switch my GEICO Auto Insurance. Even talking to the supervisor did not help! NEVER take your car there! You would get disappointed so fast!

If you are within 100 miles of this shop you should use them! My wife had a horrible experience at a DIFFERENT Caliber Collision and I was ready to fight! Pedro Alvarez, the center manager for the TOMBALL, TX location stepped up and made it right. Pedro and his team went out of their way to correct the issues and fixed the car correctly. The quality of work was first rate and customer service was excellent. I am a car collector and a very picky one, but I would take any of my cars to Pedro at the TOMBALL location.

Not terrible, but also not thrilled with the communication and workmanship. Got it home and notice both repaired bumpers werent connected properly. When I called they had some excuse that makes zero sense, geico convinced me to use this shop an hour away from my home and now I wish I didnt. Not going lower than 3, because they are at least going to attempt to make it right.

BEST BODY SHOP IN TOWN! This review is coming from the owner of an automotive shop in town and let me tell you - these guys are top notch! The work that Caliber does is always top quality and completed within the quoted time. I have taken personal vehicles to them and have never been disappointed. They are a rare find and Tomball is lucky to have them in our community.

I took my car in for repair on Monday around noon and they promised it would be done by Friday. Jeff, the service advisor, was friendly and courteous and was a pleasure to deal with. They did an excellent repair job on my car and it looks great. I can recommend them to anyone. Easy to get to in Tomball.

Outstanding customer service!!! I am a USAA customer and not from tomball. My vehicle was shipped from a different location due to the aluminum body. Caliber in Tomball has taken care of me every step of the way. Call Pedro for outstanding customer service!!!

Caliber Collision is a great place for your painting needs. I had my side scoops for my 2011 Mustang painted there and they did a great job on matching the paint, as though it was factory. I highly recommend them for your auto body and painting needs.
