DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!!!! I took my car in for hail damage in June and it took 5 weeks for my car to be completed. I rented a car from the Enterprise location on site. They failed to communicate any progress on my vehicle and only contacted me when they need to contact my insurance adjuster for a supplement. RED FLAG: they should already have this information. After a week of still no communication I called back to check on my vehicle. The estimator at the shop told me that they had been waiting for over a week to hear back from the insurance company. Why would you let my car sit there for a week without calling someone. Even after that was finally settled and once the shop finally got the supplement filed, I still received absolutely no communication and had to keep calling to find out the progress of my vehicle. After a long 5 weeks, I am finally told that my car is finished. When I went to pick up my car I spoke with the owner, Jeff to let him know how disappointed I was with the service and lack of communication. When we walked out to look at my car, the windshield hadn’t been replaced. How do you fail to complete all the repairs that are on a written estimate??? Jeff arranged for the glass repair company to come to my house the next day. After that I thought my ordeal was finally over. BUT I later find out that my insurance only covered the rental car for 30 days and Enterprise has charged me $192 for the additional 7 days. Well since I was specifically told that my car sat at the shop without being worked on for over a week while their employees were trying to figure out how to file a supplement, I don’t think that I should be responsible for the rental car fees. I spoke with Jeff back in August regarding this and I have been waiting for a resolution. I have called him numerous times and every time I call he says he wants to check on this or speak with someone regarding that. The lack of communication and failure to resolve issues quickly and effectively is really disappointing. I truly regret that I ever walked into this shop and used them for my repairs. I am still waiting for a response and a resolution.

I have used these guys for many years as they have been an approved collision center with the last two insurance companies I have had my current being Liberty Mutual. I have never had a problem until this time and will never go back which is very unfortunate because for the most part they have always done a very good job. Maybe business has expanded and its to much I dont know but this time I was not heard, therefore not satisfied and to say the least little mislead. I paid a little shy of $300 for a starter and really asked for a rebuilt one I have called Nissan and Firestone which I would say is on the high side both were less than $230 and they didnt have the vehicle tore down already like CRC did which is very upsetting to me. Like I said I have always left very satisfied except this time, but it only takes that one bad experience to not come back. I tried to talk to Mike several times the last we got disconnected and of course I did not receive a call back on his behalf until I called again but instead of speaking with him I asked to pass this message to him "he could not relate to my situation but I wanted him to know I was not happy and all was not appreciated". The bodywork was ok, however one side got new lights and now it out shines the other at night and makes it hard to see I feel the other headlights should have at least been cleaned up or something and truthfully dont know why a new headlight was put in to start with nothing was wrong with it but since it did at least make the other one somewhat better so the vision on these county roads especially in the rain is at least clear and safe......Not bright on one side and foggy and dim on the other (it being the passenger side at that right in the ditch) Also got a windshield washer fluid holder the other one was cracked but does me no good doesnt squirt water on the windshield did we see if it worked ??

I had gotten in to an accident about a month ago truck was towed by bb&b towing (Tammy) I believe was here name really nice and understanding dropped me and the wife off at home which was out of the way. My car was taken to Tomball Towing, the guy Randy who ran the storage lot was most helpful also. He Told me what I need to get my car released, when I got there he was telling me about the body shop next store CRC Collision Repair Center. He called one of the Service Advisors over, I thought it was going to be just some one trying promise me anything and everything to come over there. But the Owner Jeff Bush walked over explained the entire process to me(insurance or not, lifetime warranty and such). Needless to say truck was $8500+ in damage out in 11 days and helped me out with my deductible. From the towing to the end of the repair everything went smooth no stress. Thanks to Everyone involved with my repair. I hope I never get in a wreck again but if I do CRC will be my place.

I came out to multiple large scrapes on my brand new Jetta when I was at the grocery store recently. I initially went through GEICO to file a claim and they were most helpful (side note). Went to CRC for an estimate and was blown away by the customer service. I arrived about ten minutes before my appointment and was gladly seen right away. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. The GEICO representative gave me an estimate quickly and I ended up paying out of pocket because it was such a reasonable price. I was able to drop the Jetta off two days later to have it painted. I never waited long while I was at CRC and have absolutely no complaints. I went out to my car, it looked fantastic, and was so happy to see that they had washed the exterior and completely vacuumed and cleaned the interior! It looked as great as when I picked it up from the dealership. Thank you, CRC and GEICO!

I want to say how impressed I was working with CRC. Michael was my contact and he was very sweet to take my car in again after my initial visit due to an accident to see if an issue I was having may have been related to the accident. He managed to get it resolved and even went as far as getting it approved with my insurance and gave me a loaner while it was under repair at no cost to me. I was very impressed on how far he went to make my experience with CRC a pleasant one. The staff members even washed and cleaned the inside of my car. Thank you so much.

Had 2500 in Hail damage and took my car here as they a a Geico authorized repair facility. Well when they were repairing my hail damage they messed up the headliner and antenna. They sent it to Mazda for a new headliner and they creased it as well. Now they want me to deal with Mazda directly and this is not how it should work. If a collision center sends your car to a third party they are still responsible for the car to me. I did not choose to take it to the dealer this body shop did. I would not recommend this place.
