ABSOLUTE scumbags. never go here. I went in needing a few repairs on my Corolla and they told me they would have it done in a week. I left and got a call the next day saying that it would be done by the following thursday and everything was on the way! sounded good and they even promised daily updated on how my car was coming along. about a week went by and the friday after it was supposed to be done i called them trying to see what the hold up was and why i hadnt gotten any updates or anything. come to find out that they decided they would do another $800 worth of repairs i hadnt asked for. apparently they had already started without telling me, when i found this out i told them to stop and that i didnt not have the money for these repairs at the moment. they said ok and that it would be done shortly and that the updates would continue. hah. when they finally get it done (over 2x as long as they said) i pay what i owe and pick up the car later that day. not only did they take TWICE as long as they had said but they did a dirt poor job. then a few days later they call me asking for a check the insurance was supposed to send (a check i still havent received) so i call my insurance and they say it should be on the way...about 3 days or so go by and i still havent received the check. this morning i got a call from my insurance saying that they are threatening to put a lean on my car. so i spent my entire morning talking to insurance and having them send the check directly to them. so to just do a quick recap, they take their sweet time to get the job done, do a TERRIBLE job and try to pull every penny out of you then if they dont get their money instantly, instead of speaking to me about it they just try to take the car. NEVER GO HERE

Arrived at this shop, to obtain an estimate for repairs at the per-scheduled appointment time of 10:00am, and was told it would be a few minutes wait. After having me review the information on their paperwork, the receptionist sat it on one of the many desk in the office. After about 45 minutes of waiting, I went to check on how much longer it would be. The same receptionist looked at me like she had never seen me before, but took my name (again) and said she would look for my service advisor. She was though, shortly interrupted by a manager throwing the most unprofessional of temper tantrums in front of customers about a set of keys. After finally making it know that I could/would no longer wait I was assigned an advisor who took a few pictures and noted. He then advised me that he would turn over this information to the advisor that handled State Farm claims, and that I should receive an estimate by email within a few days (which 4 days latter still hasnt shown up). So, apparently I made an appointment to see someone who wasnt even at work that day, and in the mean time, was able to observe this facilitys horrific un-professionalism. There is no way now I would let anyone at this repair center work on my vehicle.

Only giving this place one star, because 0 isnt available. They actually did a decent job on my body work. Even fixed the minor issues that werent to my satisfaction. However, the paint on my new front and back bumpers did not match the paint on my brand new car. I took it back to twice to have it repainted - both times they gave it back to me saying they repainted it when they did NOT! The first time, they admitted not doing it. The second time, I have photographic evidence of bug spots that were on the bumper when I left it with them. Blatantly lied to me TWICE and thought I was just going to accept. This is after they charged approximately $7k to my insurance company. I called the regional manager. He took possession of my car and discovered that the woodlands location used the wrong paint code! Paint now matches 100%. Never got a real apology - but Im just glad to have my car back to brand new condition with matching paint! I dont trust anyone who will lie right to your face. No telling what else they will lie about.

DO NOT use this shop, especially if you are a female! My wife took her car in for a minor repair and they saw a chance to make money on someone they thought didnt know about cars. First , they painted the car the wrong color and tried to pass it off as correct. She made them fix it. Next they charged our insurance $1700 for a new wheel, but she got a scratched, apparently used wheel! To hide the wheel damage they put the new tire/wheel on the opposite side of the car! This wasnt immediately noticed and I found it a few days later after checking the air in her tires. I called the shop to complain, but was only given excuses and told "the manager is not here". I complained to Caliber Collision corporate and they referred me to their Tomball, TX location. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! Pedro Alvarez and team at the highway 249 location in Tomball fixed the issues and provided top notch customer service. If you need a body shop, do yourself a favor and go see Pedro in Tomball!

I will never utilize this shop again. Theyve had my Durango for two months. Every time I have called they have had some excuse for the delays. My first "service" advisor is no longer there, my second "service" adviser is no longer there so they obviously have personnel issues. Granted, the Durango had a lot of damage, but no way ANY car should take two months to repair. Once I got my vehicle back, a loud noise startled me. Had to take it back. After I got it back , the drivers door handle stopped working. Had to take it back. The first time I went to fill up, I discovered the gas cap door wouldnt open. Had to take it back. I usually go to Johnny Bang a Bang and Bump Shop. Ill go back there should I need a body shop again.

Im confused by all the bad reviews. I had the complete opposite experience of everyone who posted reviews here. My care got rear-ended and i went to caliber for the repairs. They did a great job getting me back into my car in a timely manner. Quality repair. Very friendly staff who was more than accommodating to me. I received updates every day it was there. My recommendation would be to keep in mind that most people only write reviews when things dont go according to plan and they are not happy. If you have ever tried to fix your own car, you know things dont always go according to plan, and its a pain in the ass. Most people are more likely to write a bad review than a good one. Well done guys. Thanks

This was an approved shop by Liberty Mutual ,the insurance of the person who hit me. DONT GO THERE!!! all they will do is nickle and dime you, call you a liar, when you just want you car fix the way it was before some idiot hit you. If you get stuck with Kat13 you will be screwed over. She does not care about helping you, only the bonus check from the insurance company more than likely. Im having to spend my time on the phone with LM insurance to find out its the Shop saying that my cracked windshield is not part of the accident. So while Im on the phone getting this resolved Im writing this review. You will get better service and honesty from a mom & pop shop.
