Taking my car to this place was a big mistake. My car window was broken and a portable GPS was stolen. When reporting to my insurance company they recommended Service King . This was my first and last experience with them. I gave my email address and was promised regular updates. I received no updates during the first 2 weeks and was told that my email address that I gave them was wrong! The car was not ready when promised. It took over 4 weeks to get repaired (for a broken passenger window!) and when I finally went to pick it up the new window was not even tinted! After more than 4 weeks! How about that service. I was told that somebody would come by and install the tinting the next day. My wife waited at home for the service call and when she called after lunch the response was "I dont know anything about that." After a call to Service King they finally came the next morning. They took the dash apart to clean out broken glass and also replaced the radio. After receipt of the car my radios auxiliary jack did not work. They tried at Service King to get it working and could not. They told me to take it to my dealer and they would pay for its repair. Last Friday I made an appointment at my dealer and arrived at the appropriate time. I gave them my Service King advisor’s card (as I was told to do) and Service King was called. My dealer was told that the person we wanted was on the phone and would call back in 5 minutes. After 45 minutes we called again and were told that my Service King advisor was going to be out for several hours and that the Manager also was gone for the day. I left my dealer. On Monday my dealer contacted my Service King advisor and made arrangements for me to get the work done on my car. Today my wife went to my dealer with my car to get the work done. When it was completed they tried to contact my Service King advisor for payment. It took over 3 hours to get the payment and my wife had to wait at the dealer. More than 4 weeks to repair a broken window and then they dont even do it right!

If you want to get the worst customer service in the world then Service King is your place. Dont let the beautiful building, and attractive receptionist deceive you. Joe Lopez told me on a Friday that he would give me a call on Monday with an estimation of the cost of the repairs. Well, Monday came and he did not call. So I gave him a ring about 5:30 p.m. After giving many different excuses he told me that he would call me with an estimation the next day (Tuesday). Again on Tuesday afternoon I called him around 4:00 p.m. Joe repeated the same story and that he would definitely have an answer by Friday (that was a week after entering my car to the body shop). Friday, passed by and Joe never called. Monday also came and finally Tuesday. So the car has been in the body shop almost two weeks already and I still dont know what is wrong with the car and how much the repair will cost, let alone understand when the job will be completed. Overall I am advising you to stay away from these guys. If this is an alternative offered by the insurance company, ask for other options. However, if you still decide to take your vehicle to this place be ready to be without it for at least a month. Remember Joe has a lot of patience when estimating your damages.

Bryan at the front desk was very rude. Nationwide has us go to service king for an estimate. My husband asked if we could get an estimate and if we could take our vehicle elsewhere, seeing as the reviews for service king are terrible. Mr. Kelley proceeded to say "why would you bring it here first? They will write the check to my name. This doesnt make sense." To which my husband replied that that is how nationwide had had us done it before. This man looked as if we were wasting his time. To make this situation worse the lady at the front desk CANCELLED our scheduled car pick up without letting us know. So she essentially left us without a car. She said you dont need it here anyway since you are taking it to a different shop. Im disappointed and upset that these people were not knowledgeable on the services they offer.

Terrible! is the only word I can describe for this place. We went on a Saturday with a check made out to them for hail damage and the older woman working there (there was only one counter person) definitely did not want to be there and did not want our business. When I didnt understand what had to be done and asked to repeat it slowly, she told me she was going to wait on another customer and get back to me. When we decided to leave, she ignored us. The worst part was when I called to complain on Monday to "Chuck" the manager, my call was sent to voicemail and never returned. A business is only as good as its management and this one shows what it is...very poor!

What an excellent experience! They definitely live up to their name as the king of service. I had the pleasure of working with the representative named Chris. Everyone, Chris included, was very professional and courteous through the entire process. I received regular updates via SMS on the status of my truck. I was blown away by how clean the vehicle was when I picked it up. This place comes highly recommended by me for anyone needing work on their car. I dont know how they are pricing-wise, as my situation was an insurance claim from someone backing into my truck.

Thank you for reading my review. I had a situation for a repair on a high end car. This repair was around 4 months ago. My service person was Joel Lee. The time and date when said was to be completed was accurate and ahead of schedule. Joel Lee and the staff were great people and very nice. All the repair work was explained and done as promised. Yes I do recommend Service King. This is actually twice I have used Service King at different locations. So stop in and see Joel Lee and the Service King team for your repairs. Christina Vaughn, the Service Advisor that helped me, was great! I went to this location to get an appraisal for my insurance company. Someone had spray painted an offensive image on my vehicle and I expected to have to pay to get it painted over. However, after she took pictures of the damage of my vehicle, she looked closely at the spray paint and thought that they may be able to take it off there. Sure enough, they removed the offensive image, and even better, they did it for FREE! They will surely be getting our business in the future!

Suggested by AllState, now I understand why... I was rear ended, Allstate adjuster said he needed a "second opinion" on additional damage I pointed out. Allstate never sent a second adjuster, so I asked Service King to provide Allstate with a new quote and they did so under the header of "previous damage". Service King claims they did this to enjoy " labor codes" for AllState. Im Getting back a busted vehicle.... Service King Copperfield does not have the customers interest in mind, they are the lap dog of the insurance company.
