I was given quotes from other businesses in Longview for a simple running light replacement. They couldnt give me a for sure answer if the part would be right, and that I needed to come to their place to make sure. I called Autobody Express and Samantha listened to what I needed. She told me that she would call Volkswagen and get the correct bulb for my Jetta. She called me back in 20 minutes with a correct part and a fair price. I stopped by before work and they got me in and out in 20 minutes. I appreciate them making it simple and easy, without wasting time to come by first to make sure. I highly recommend Autobody Express not just for collision but for the little things on your vehicle as well.

I highly recommend using Autobody Express. Discovered them through an insurance claim and I cannot say enough how impressed I was with them. I have three children under five and the entire staff was helpful and patient with me and the kids while we went over everything. They were very clear on what they were going to do and how much it was going to cost. Everyone was friendly and seemed to actually enjoy what they were doing which makes for a pleasant experience. One of the guys even helped me change carseats over when i went to pick up my car. One of the best experiences Ive had.

I feel 35 days was a bit long for repair on my Mazda truck, however Im aware there was difficulty finding replacement parts quality of work was good but bed liner was not replaced under lips of bedside, 4 months after repair engine rear seal started leaking then shortly after front seal began leaking after that lower radiator starting leaking these problems likely not related to repair but I feel a result of impact of collision ,traded truck off in January 2015

Will not use again they did unnecessary stuff like replace the pinstripe nguy on the other side of my car removing the buick decal and the pinstripe nguy fell off after a month didnt replace the lights like they were supposed to and just over all bad craftsmanship

Dropped car off for few days for bumper minor repairs and when I got it back there was damage done to the rim and tires due to handling damage. The manager refused to pay for damages. Go somewhere else dishonest.
