The 1 star is due to the customer service I received from Jessie the so called master mechanic. The rest of the office staff I dealt with was very welcoming and helpful. I regret recommending that my husband take his truck here! He was involved in a rear fender bender. I did not appreciate that Jessie made me feel like if I was an idiot and only HE knew what was best. He definitely does not care about the customer being satisfied. He acts and speaks as if he works for the insurance company! When I picked up my husbands truck and asked him what was done, his answer was, "We fixed it!" It wasnt until we continued to ask that he provided details. Hes arrogant and rude. His smart alec remarks and attitude were not needed. There was also issues with the work. Some screws were missing and the main thing was that the bumper was not painted to match as it was originally when brought in. When I took the truck back and told Jessie he fixed the missing screws issue. But he would not acknowledge the paint to match bumper and even when he himself showed me pictures where it clearly proved the original bumper was paint to match he was adamant about the bumper being chrome. I had to argue with him until he finally agreed to fix this and had the nerve to sound annoyed about having to do it? I cant believe that after he failed to return the vehicle as original he still had the nerve to act annoyed?!??!?? Being in an accident is stressful enough and having to deal with this type of person makes it even worst. Dont go here if you have to deal with this guy....

Dont be fooled by the recent positive reviews of this place. Its clearly "friends or family" supporting this awful business. Theres no coincidence that the majority of the dealings here are less than stellar. It doesnt take long to figure out the level of incompetence here is atrocious. Long delays, sub par work, and the blatant lying. Do yourself a favor and dont even attempt to take your vehicle here. Its unfortunate that its hard enough to find an honest, reputable shop, and these people are just playing the game, where they win and you lose. These people are slimeballs, steer clear.

Horrible service I was told take a few days to repair my car turn into a few weeks every time I call got the run around the owner never in the place then when I go pick up my vehicle it has other damages they never fixed when I know they seen that. They also have poor customer service. Ill never ever go there again I strongly recommend pay attention to these reviews because if I would see all these other people comments I wouldnt use auto r us. Bad service. My car drivers bad now. An. Now my fog lights want come on this place has terrible service

After the stress that comes with an accident, I was very pleased and relieved with the kind, courteous and professional atmosphere that the Palmer family offered. They assured me that my car would be complete in a timely manner. I was amazed at the accurate color of paint and the awesome job they did with detailing my car. I was not expecting a clean car. Not only will you get exceptional service, you will get it with a smile and a kind heart. I took several business cards to share with family and friends.

I am 100% satisfied with my experience with autos r us. I was in a accident and needed my car fixed and they did an awesome job. The owner was very reasonable and very patient with me during the process and time my car was at their business. I know most collision centers would have tried to charge me sky high prices and probably charge me storage fees. There was no surprise with anything that was going on with my car and it was finished in a timely manner. Definitely would recommend them fix your car

Jerry Palmer lied repeatedly about the status of my repairs. He said he needed time to wait on parts that he never replaced and the old parts were still on the car when I showed up to pick it up. No credible mechanic would allow a vehicle to leave the shop with the front suspension in this condition. Especially someone with the word of God on every wall of their shop. These people claim to be Christian and inevitably that may very well be there downfall. This shop is an absolute fraud!!!

Very bad took in my car with insurance claim.... total charge was over 11k for something minor then my car brakes down and they dont want to do warranty on it for some dumb excuses but since they took it apart they charging me labor and is real expensive...my insurance went way high up and now i got to pay money off my pocket...highly not recommended....staff is very friendly and greetable jesse steel is not the guy to go to...

I took my mother to pick up her car and I asked what product would be good to repair my car seat. The wonderful owner, Mr. Palmer looked at the seat and fixed my seat free of charge. Not only was the work well done, the friendly employees are amazing. They also did an excellent job on the repairs to my moms car. I will use this business for future care repairs. Thanks to the Palmer family for a job well done.

This shop has horrible business ethic. A two day visit to the shop turned into 3 weeks. The owner Jerry Palmer is apprently the only one who calls the shots and is terrible at getting back to speak eith customers. Multiple time I went up to the shop to authorize repairs but owner is no where no be found and couldnt get my car fixed. To top it off, they lost the insurance check that they were given for repairs.

This is my first experience with this company and my last if you are reading this I strongly suggest not choosing this shop for any repairs. They are liars and very unprofessional. I dropped my car off and picked it up a month later worst then it was before. I dont know if its because it has been sitting for a month or what now when I drive it sounds really weird.

SMH!! I will NEVER EVVVER go back there. I had a tiny smudge of paint scratched off of my bumper and it took a month?!! No CLEAR communication whatsoever! I was told it will take a few days, I called a 2 weeks later and was told my car would be ready at the end of the day, needless to say I am JUST picking up my car TODAY which is 2 weeks later from then!l

I had a wreck in my brand new 2016 chevy camaro and my insurance wanted to total it out but the owner and staff was willing to give it a shot at fixing and which they did Im so happy with the outcome runs and drives like nothing never happened I love the work and time the staff takes to keep me updated on progress of my vehicle.
