Each Maaco is an independently owned and operated franchise. Maaco gets a bad rap because not all the shops have the same quality of work and for some reason people expect the cheapest paint job Maaco offers to look and last like a factory paint job. I went to the Baytown Maaco for a collision repair and paint job instead of going to the place my insurance had a contract with. Im very happy with the way my vehicle turned out. The front desk guys were very helpful and I got my vehicle back in a reasonable time frame. Give these guys a chance for your business if you need collision repair and/or a paint job.

I had my 16-year-old Toyota Highlander repainted and some minor bodywork done. I had previously done some price comparisons and decided to take it to the Baytown Maaco as they were the most reasonably priced. I am so happy with the paint job and bodywork they did! They did a fabulous job and I feel as though I am driving a brand-new vehicle. I am glad I chose the Maaco in Baytown. The people I dealt with were wonderful. I most definitely would recommend them without any hesitation. They do beautiful work. :)

Great customer service and excellent work! The painter was honest and told me that the color I chose was gonna look like dirt, after staring at the color for a few seconds he says, dont worry, Ill add a touch of silver to bring it out. First class if you asked me! Thank you so much! I love it! And a special thanks to Blake who allowed me an extra couple days to pick up my car without charging me storage fees; I had lost my wallet and had to wait til payday to pay for my car. Thank you Maaco!

had my car painted here and they worked with me and waled me through every step of the way. I was highly impressed with their level of customer service. they even gave me a ride home!!!! I gotta say ive had my car worked on before and have never been impressed with the customer service at repair shops. if you need your car painted or wrecked your car Id say this is THE place to go!!!

Friendly staff, great body work, and a quick turn around. Very happy with the service. Owner-operator is involved in the business, making it an easy process from beginning to end. They are very competitively priced, and gave me a ride home when I dropped my car off. Good group of people.
