The owner, Gary Paavola provided excellent service when I needed it the most. I live in central ND & I was driving home from Brainerd when I was rear ended in Wadena. While waiting for the police to wrap up I was calling every repair shop in the area & Gary was the only one who would help me. He arrived immediately to the accident scene & had a tow truck and driver there within minutes. Gary brought me a ice cold water & Tylenol and drove me to a hotel until my ride arrived the next morning. He also reviewed what to expect and how to handle my insurance claim. He repaired my car to better condition that when I initially purchased it a year earlier. Gary even had my interior detailed; I have never received better service anywhere! The owner really does care for his clientele & their vehicles. Thank you so much Gary!

To date I have been a customer of Garys 3 times with a 4th pending. Gary and his team do fantastic work. The customer service is excellent as well as the attention to detail. Im very particular and I have not been dissapointed. They have always gone the extra mile and take care of the little things that alot of places dont consider. They stand behind their work and if there is a problem I know it will get resolved. These guys have a lifetime customer.
