PLEASE READ!! My wife was unfortunately in a wreck and her car was not drivable. There was a woman from Longs Towing show up, may I mention long before the police got there, that rather see how the people involved in the accident wanted to know what year her car was. After finding out her car is a 2015 she was very insistent on taking it to W Lake Houston Collision and to tell the police that she wanted her to tow her car (still not checking on the other people). Once the officer arrived (about 30 seconds after myself) the officer told us her car had to be towed, so we went with this lady.....WRONG!! We were then told that her car had to go to a storage place and then our insurance company would take care of everything because we wanted to go to another shop in Atascocita and not this place, WRONG again, somehow our car ended up here.. after finding out our car was at a collision center that neither my wife or I authorized it to go to or signed anything, I called my body shop and they went and got it the next day. Now the good part, I have found out the police can tow your car after an accident but the tow trucks can only charge you $145.50 my bill not 36 hours later was over $900 just to get my car out of this shop!!!! Stay away from this place! The owner is rude could not explain to me how my car got there just wanted me to pay the bill and take it wherever I wanted to.

This is one fine group of people. These guys not only did a wonderful job on my mothers car, but the whole time I was walking around stressed out and crying from my wreck, needing my mother, their wrecker driver was there to help with anything they could and made sure to comfort me in the process. Me at 18 did not know what to do without my mom in my first wreck and the lady wrecker driver that works for W. Lake Houston Collision Center was there to take her place until she could get to me. Stan the owner of W. Lake Houston Collision Center went above and beyond from tow trucks to rentals to fixing my car and much more for me and not only me but my family in now 2 different wrecks. In my mothers wreck Stan also took care of everything imaginable. After all was said and done Stan did on one the most amazing things I have ever seen done. He bought my mom a arrangement from Edible Arrangements and had it delivered to her at home. That was the sweetest thing I have ever seen. GOD BLESS YOU STAN AND ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES OF W. LAKE HOUSTON COLLISION CENTER.

One thing I can say is they did call back regarding any info pretty promptly, and my car was finished around when they estimated however my steering wheel was unaligned when I went to pick up my car and they blamed it on me and the accident I was in, before accusing me it was due to hitting curbs...If i hit a curb that knocked my steering wheel crooked I dont think I would have been driving my car into the place. I know how my car was when I brought it in and I should have picked my car up with it looking brand new (for the amount of $$ I paid), not with a crooked steering wheel they refused to fix and decided to play the blame game for. Will not be coming back. xoxo

I was referred here by my insurance adjuster who said that they were good place and close by. Upon my first visit, I met with Luis who was very polite and knowledgable about the procedure my car needed for repairs, and walk me through the steps he would have to take with the insurance company. I brought my car to him the following Monday, he initially said it would take about a week, but within three days he was already calling me telling me it was ready. Not only was the repair done well, but he went the extra mile and did a few paint touch-ups that were not covered by the insurance claim.

Great place if your looking for a collision center my truck was stolen on December 2016 and found the next month. The people who stole my Chevy did damage to the body of my truck, which required a paint job the day I got my vehicle back from W lake Houston Collison Center my truck looked like the day I bought it. I will greatly recommend these collision center to anyone whos looking for either a new paint job or just if your vehicle was I involved in a accident. Great and polite people.... GO check out your self you wont regret it ..!!

My wife wrecked her car and we brought it here as a friend recommended the shop. Luis talked me through the whole process, he seems very knowledgeable and knows what hes doing. It made me feel a lot better about leaving my car with them, he was also good and calling me back and explaining the process. Had my car back in about a week, as a car guy myself I must say I was impressed with the paint job! Great place, great work definitely coming back and recommending this place

They gave us daily updates, they did a wonderful job, and they finished ahead of schedule. They were friendly, polite, and ended up charging us less than several other places had started to quote. Had a neighbor back into my truck and crushed in the fender. These guys did a great job, they replaced the fender and painted it, the truck looks brand new! It didnt take nearly as long as I expected it to! I had my truck back before I could even blink! Will definitely go back and have already recommended them to friends.

Highly Recommend Very Great Work and I will definitely do more business with them soon on Project Vehicle. Customer service is excellent. Fast timely turn around vehicle was ready when they said it would be. They washed my vehicle up and looks like there was never any damage. Im so happy!!!!!!!!
