Dont waste your time going here, I went here to get a quote to see what it would cost to fix my car. I was tboned by someone who ran a stop sign. Mind you I drove the car there, the other car was only going 10-15mph that hit me so it was just body damage done. Ive been a mechanic for many years now and checked all the suspension component on the back side that got hit and nothing was off or out of place. To make a long story short they wanted close to 3500 and wanted to put a whole new quarter panel on. Well I knew that was a absurdly high quote. So I took my car to Billys paint and body they were immediately a lot nicer than Crosby body shop and actually took the time to look at my car and put it on a lift and tell me what I already knew that it was just body damage that my frame and all my suspension components were all in order. And quoted me at under half the price that Crosby body shop quoted me. With even half the turn around time. Billys is a lot nicer and more respectable body shop, just from the way they treated me.

Honest. Friendly. Transparent. The receptionist is quite possible the most friendly person in Crosby. Her smile is infectious. They went above and beyond when my father wrecked his truck. They put the truck back into working order, and helped me diagnose an issue that was unrelated to the accident. Furthermore, there was an issue with my car that they fixed at the same time. Of course, this wasnt free. They were honest enough with me to show me the wholesale prices. Then, we searched online together and found the same part at a much higher price. Dont go here if you want to smile. I would recommend them to anyone looking for autobody repair in Crosby.

Was in a minor fender bender a few months ago and decided to take the opportunity to not only get the damage repaired but get the whole car painted at the same time. Id been wanting to have it done for a few years anyway. The car still drives like a dream even though weve had it for 11 years. Tony Green and team at Crosby Paint and Body did a beautiful paint and repair job. The car looks brand new again, like straight off the showroom floor. They did not let the car go home unless they knew we were completely satisfied. Would recommend this shop to anyone looking for honesty, professionalism, great knowledge in the field and awesome customer service.

My husband hit a hog, the front bumper need it to be replace, insurance estimated the damage to be around 1800.00 this included 4 day labor, it took them over 3 weeks to get it done, and charged 4,497. Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience. I live in Crosby but next time I need a body shop I will go somewhere else. Plus they did not complete the job my car is missing a plastic that goes under, they said thats an extra accessory?? Wth!!?? Dont waist your time. They like to over change insurance.

I went around Crosby and Dayton looking for different estimates. The manager at Crosby Paint and Body went above and beyond when I told him I needed to save as much money as possible. Every other body shop I went to was quoting me on prices that were unaffordable, yet Tony found an after market piece that brought the price at least $75 less than any other estimate. The only reason I did not give them a 5 star rating was because of the parking situation being confusing..

I drive for Uber and constantly have little dents and scratches on my car ending to be tended to. Ive taken my toyota camry to at least 7 different body shops for repairs in the northeast Houston area, and Crosby Paint and Body has been the most efficient in terms of overall work, time and price. Ive known Tony Green, the owner, for over three years now and I can tell you his work is impeccable. He is extremely thorough with his repairs. Im very impressed with his attitude and knowledge of auto collision issues. Tony offers lifetime warranties, because hes a master at his trade. Tony is not happy until you are completely satisfied with his work. A true perfectionist.

Had multiple vehicles painted here and all have peeling or bubbling of the paint. Complete crap. Owner refused to even look at them. Repaint? Yeah, sure for $3500. Really? Dont take your vehicle here!
