I waited awhile to post this review because I was very upset at the way I was treated by this place and how my Caliber was treated. Chris, the mechanic assigned to me, never called me for updates. I had to call him. Even to the point where I wasnt told to get my stuff before they towed my Caliber with the insurance go ahead. I was also treated horribly by the female receptionist on different occasions. When I let the manager know he was hardly able to get any word in over the receptionist who kept yelling over him. The manager did not seem to think his receptionist yelling over a manager was a problem. I was also very offended that when a Mexican man came in 10 minutes after me, the receptionist quickly asked him if he was my husband. There were 2 other women sitting in the waiting room with me but who werent of his skin color. That is extremely inappropriate and not a question any receptionist should ask a customer and I felt I had a right to complain about this and the fact I was not kept in the loop about getting a rental or the condition of my Caliber. Check my other reviews. I write good ones about companies and have given a good review of a transmission place. I also have positive ratings on YELP. I find this company is not good with dispute and they should have a receptionist who respects all customers. The only thing the manager could say was that the receptionist was Latina and didnt believe there was anything done wrong with the receptionists horrible customer service on 3 different occasions. The Mexican gentleman who was a salesman looked as offended as I was.

Tried to have some body work done to my vehicle at this location, but they apparently didnt really want my business. Stopped by there to get get an estimate to repair my bumper from a small fender bender and was asked to fill out a form and told that they would call me the following day to schedule an appointment to get an estimate. I was told by the receptionist that she couldnt give me an appointment while I was there in person. The receptionist acted like she was doing me a favor. They never called me back the next day so I ended up having to call them to schedule the appointment. The estimate quated to me was reasonable. My wife called them to set up to have it repaired and the person answering the phone was rude and said they didnt allow cars to be dropped off on Thursday or Friday, they had to be dropped off on Monday - Wednesday. The lady was rude the entire call, but finally agreed that we could drop it off on a Friday since we were going on vacation for over a week. We get a call on the following Monday saying they wouldnt be able to start it for two weeks due to them having several vehicles towed to them over the weekend. We had a friend pickup our vehicle and take it to Atascocita Car Care & Collision, who completed the repairs in 4 days. Poor customer service sent us elsewhere.

This is the third time I have used Caliber Collision. As for the quality and timeliness of their work, I have been very pleased each time. My only complaint is the mechanic shop they use next door called "The Shop." My vehicle required an alignment due to receiving a minor blow to a rear wheel. (I had recently bought new tires and had an alignment done at that time, so I knew the front was OK.) When I got my car back, the alignment was so bad that the steering wheel was no longer straight. Obviously, there was no way I could let Caliber take it back to The Shop again, so I took it to my trusted mechanic (Cliffords - just down the street) where it was properly aligned. They provided a report showing how much it was off when they received it, and the corrected setting after they re-adjusted it. Needless to say, I was not pleased about having to pay again to have this done, but it was a lot less hassle than going back to Caliber. Bottom line - I would not hesitate to take a vehicle back to Caliber for body work, but if mechanic work is also required, I will not allow the work to be done at The Shop.

Come here if you want to be treated with exceptional professionalism, hospitality, and care! You may notice that it has Humble listed as the shops location, but the store claims its in Kingwood. No worries--its not hard to miss. Pretty massive building. Jimmy D, the center manager, came out personally and greeted me concerning my issue and wait for it---took care of my concern and had me out the door in five minutes or less. Exceptional service with a smile is not just a slogan here--they really do it!

I was really impressed by the timing and the quality of service of this repair shop. The staff and technicians who worked on my car did a fantastic job on it. It is really hard to find a shop of top quality in the city and I think i found a gem here. Would highly recommend anyone who needs a good body repair in a timely manner. Thank you to the people of Caliber Collision Kingwood center for taking care of me.

The receptionist is rude and needs to take a midol. Its obvious she was menstruating. She had a bad attitude when I stopped in for a simple estimate.I was driving through and a woman driver hit e so I wanted a simple estimate for slight bumper damage. She had such a chip on her shoulder that I didnt stay to give me my info. A week later I left the area and got my bumper fixed

Highly recommend!! Katie at the Humble location informed me the whole way through the process. Customer service A+ !! My car was returned to me with 100% satisfaction and faster than expected. Way better than Service King. Dont look no further for a repair shop go to Caliber Collision.
