Not only did they take forever to repair my vehicle, I kept getting excuses over and over again. I cant tell you how many times my car was in the paint shop. At least thats what they kept telling me. After I got my car, the windshield wipers were off, my door was not aligned, and my fender isnt on properly, it keeps unlatching. So when I took it, Jason Moreau was not there, he was my point of contact initially, someone else assisted but this guy went on to tell me basically everything thats wrong with my car was because of other things. The fender for example, it was coming off because I hit the parking partitions. Well that never happened before! Im certain I went over them before the repairs and the old fender NEVER gave me that problem. These crooks just go out of their way to weasel out of correction repairs and Im sick of it! My insurance company paid for this! Ive been attempting to contact Jason several times with no avail. No response to my email and definitely no call back. Ill be going back up there. I have also contacted USAA to make them aware of this scamming location

I came in to have a front corner panel repaired, passenger side. Along with that I wanted an oil change and tire rotation. The young man who was "coordinating" this did not get my truck in for the oil change/tire rotation (while waiting for Auto Nation to do the repair) and it took them three days to get to my truck EVEN WHEN I MADE AN APPOINTMENT AND DROPPED IT OFF. Did not get my truck till 4th day at 6:30 pm. So I did not get the oil change or tire rotation done. To top it off, Auto Nation did not HAVE THE TIME TO BUFF OUT MY CORNER PANEL even though they had it for several days. So had to RESCHEDULE the next week to bring it in for buffing. I DROPPED IT OFF THE NIGHT BEFORE AND DID NOT GET IT BACK TILL 6pm the next day. Its a 20-30 min buff job at the very most. NOT a happy person at all.

Toyota Automation Gulf Freeway provided very poor customer service when I had my car repaired. Communication was non existant. My phone calls for status of repairs where never returned. When the car was ready, I was not contacted and they tried to charge me for an extra day of rental car. The collision rep at the dealer does not seem interested in helping customers.

I honestly do not rate businesses,but I am so disappointed with their service. Especially with the manager. He does not have the courtesy to call back and its hassle to get a hold of him. I understand there is times we all get busy but for it to pass a month that is not understandble. If he cant call at least have one of his workers to call back.

No one there calls you and updates you with your vehicle status and when you call they are rude with no specific answer. They never have an update. Very rude and poor customer service. Took 2 weeks to fix a small dent. Worst place to take your vehicle to get fixed at.

AutoNation Collision went out of their way to make sure the proper replacement parts were ordered and that my car got back to me in excellent condition. The paint job is seamless and I am satisfied with their support!
