If I could I wouldnt give this joke of a business any stars at all. Our insurance company sent us here and what was supposed to be a one week job for a minor fender bender turned into almost a month. The first time they called us to tell us our truck was ready was a joke. They had globs of paint on our bumbers, they drove self tapping screws into our brand new truck when there was never any screws there to begin with. They bent out transmission cooling housing,and zip tied our wiring harness. And thats just some of the damage after Freddy said he would make it right twice my husband had to go up and fix things on his own and order parts for his own truck because they just wanted to be done with it. Yesterday we finally took our truck its still not right but he didnt care because he was more concerned with his buddies he had coming to drink beer with him at the shop. Yesterday when we got there we noticed a scratch on the passenger side door this truck only had damage to the grill and fenders but now we have a scratch that he claims he has no clue how it got there. They put so many miles on our truck its ridiculous. We have opened a complaint with the claims department this morning and I will be calling the better business Bureau!! Please be aware of this shop and consider all options before using this company this whole thing has been nothing but a horrible night mare!!! Theyre workmanship and professionalism are severely lacking.

I brought my car in yesterday and got a free estimate by Gabriel. I thought they were going to overcharge me to fix my bumper and inner fender, however, I was surprised that it wasnt going to cost me my entire savings to get it fixed. I came back today and met James and he was very accomodating. They also did a pdr on my car without costing me anything. That was totally unexpected, and Im very thankful. The entire staff are very helpful, respectul, and they tend to their customers needs. They went extra mile to make sure Id leave the shop as one hell of a happy customer, and I did. Im very appreciative that these people went over and beyond to make my car looks perfect like nothing happened and in a very professional and timely manner. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone whos looking to get their car fix by good and professional people.

My wifes 2015 Kia sedan needed some body damage repair. I found James Chagos Body Shop via Google, and I am glad I took my car to them. I was treated in a very professional and corteous manner. I received a prompt complete free estimate, and the repair was completed at the quoted fair price in a timely manner. The collision repair and paint work is excellent and factory quality. They provide a lifetime warranty on their work to the original owner which is awesome and speaks volumes for the confidence they have in their work. My own car needs some underbody work and while I was picking up the Kia, they gave me a price quote, and I will be scheduling to get that done next week. If you need collisoon repair, go see James or Gabriel - they earned my business and my respect, and I strongly recommend them.

I received excellent customer service here and they went out of their way to do everything they could to repair my car as quickly as possible. They helped fix my bumper and my two side doors and also painted everything and my car looks brand new! They even did a complementary maintenance check for me since I mentioned I was going on a road trip and wanted to make sure I didn’t need anything else fixed or replaced. They were also able to finish everything in less than a week. I ended up going through my insurance but I remember that their initial quotes were very reasonable. I would highly recommend this place for car repairs and paint jobs! They did a fantastic job with fixing my car!

I am 17 years old and go to north shore! Someone hit my car and i was soo scared to tell my parents. So i google and went to a nearby dent shop. I quickly went over and was shocked with customer service and prices! I thought it was gonna cost me a arm and a leg and no one was gonna work with me. These guys are great and awsome they took care of me with little or nothing. They explained the business and the hard work they do. I quote "I dont do it to get over on people, but to pay my bills". Its a great family business I recommend to anyone and I promised my review. Im going back today to get my work finished! Thank you guys i feel like family. Im glad I met you guys!!

As you can see, I messed my car up pretty badly. I was referred to James Chagos by another happy customer. When I arrived, everyone was very friendly. Customer service was outstanding. They helped explain all of my options and their quote was so low that I didnt have to involve my insurance company. My car was done in 3 days, it looks better than new (they fixed a few other scratches without me asking) and they even detailed it for me. I highly recommend this family owned business. Thanks so much for taking care of my car!

I went in for a dent repair on the rear end of my vehicle and these guys (James and Gabriel) provided outstanding service and even provided me with a very reasonable price for the work which fortunately turned out to be easier for them than I expected. The person who serviced my vehicle, Gabriel, did an amazing job and if possible, I would recommend he get a raise. I strongly recommend everyone to visit their shop if you ever need a dent repair done. :) 10/10! Will definitely do business with again in the future!

My insurance company sent me to James Chagos Collison Center after my accident. The staff asked me about the accident and how I was feeling after the accident. I felt like they geniunely cared about me as a customer. I was treated very respetfull by the office staff throuhout the procces. My vechile was returned to me in a timely manner. I will recommend the shop to friends and family.

My insurance company sent me to James Chagos, they worked on my SRX did a great job on it, everytime I had a question or just wanted to know the progress on my suv, Mayra would always answer my questions and was always nice thru the whole process, I definetly recommend this bodyshop, great work and helpful staff. For future work I will definetly go back to them.

I received paintless dent repair from James. He promised to fix my dent to 90%, if not he will not charge me. My dent was tough to get out, and he was able to fix to at least 50%. Although, my dent was not completely fixed with paintless dent repair. I know I have a future body shop that will stand by their promise and receive outstanding customer service.

Dont really recommend this place. The new painter needs more experience and seemed like he didnt care about the mess up he did on the car and the work done does not seem professional. Staff is really friendly and helpful but at the end of the day ,the work done is what counts and it is disappointing.
