I will start by saying my service adviser was fine. Nice guy and deserves to work at a better place. The quality of work done, however, was well below expectations. Unacceptable work was not only perform, but, intentionally hidden from me. Below is the order of receiving my truck this morning. 1. Buffing compound was left on a large part of the front quarter panel 2. While they cleaned that off I opened my two passenger doors to find one of two rubber plug missing from each door. I guess putting half back in was ok. 3. They fixed that. I got in my truck and started pulling out of the driveway and saw EXTRA parts for my door in the cup holder. 4. Decided to really look close, trim by the window was bent from removal 5. Door panel is not lined up 6. Backing plate behind the handle is falling off I could deal with the less than average buffing job and wet sanding of the paint, but, the lot of all of the issues is just too much for me to ignore. They promised to fix the issues. My biggest problem is that they said my truck was complete, knowing these issues exist. Always nice to be lied to from a place of business. I have had bad customer service and have had dealing with bad product from contractors, but, I never used the word “crap quality” until now. I now have to miss more work to commute to the shop, sit and wait for my truck to be finished, and commute back to my side of town after who knows how long of sitting and waiting in the shop. How many people are being treated like this? I know I am not the only lucky winner of this service. This whole experience of getting my truck repaired due to a person hitting my truck while my truck was parked in a parking lot is costing me money. Good news they vacuumed my truck, but, that is canceled out by the lunch/breakfast trash thrown in the back of it.
