In terms of workmanship and quality of finish, they appear to have done a good job. The vehicle handles well and looks good. Where Carstar fell down was keeping things on track and keeping us informed. It took 8 weeks to repair the vehicle and would have taken even longer if we hadnt turned up the pressure. At a guess, our insurance company owns two, maybe three, weeks of that duration. The rest is on Carstar fiddling around and giving us misleading stories about what they had, what they needed, and what they were doing. Once they actually focused on doing the work, everything came together in about a week. The latest glitch is the discovery that they did not install the windshield washer reservoir. Now I have to take the vehicle back in to have that installed.

We had a really disappointing experience with Carstar. They assessed what was wrong with the car and gave us a written estimate ($1448.26) of the work that needed to be done. We accepted that and agreed to having the work done. When the dismantled the car, they called us back and told us it would be $2800.00 rather than the estimate they previously gave us. That is a whopping big difference of $1351.74! We decided against letting them do the work and they charged us $117.00 to put the car back together. They will not get the opportunity to take advantage of us again!

Very disappointed! Referred to CarStar from insurance company being told that they were a "preferred" body shop. Hours are only 8-5 for estimates, no flexibility, no estimators on Saturday. UGH. Told receptionist I guess I would need to go somewhere else and she really didnt care. Too bad for the owners, they probably would like to know how much business they are missing. Have definitely told the insurance carrier that they are NOT a shop that I would take my vehicle to.

Fantastic!!!!! I got my 2005 F150 back looking better than new. The team at carstar went beyond my expectations. They worked with my insurance and fixed what couldnt be found in the adjustment. Not only did the body look great but the cleaned up the inside to look like new. I didnt expect them to do that and it was appreciated. Corban and all those who worked with me were very professional. I cant thank them enough and would tell everyone to give them your business.

I had a very pleasant experience with Carstar. The entire process from getting a timely quote to getting my car in for repair quickly was great. The service was excellent and the staff was very helpful and friendly. All questions I had were quickly answered. My car was finished on time and the quality of work was excellent. If you have collision repair that needs to be done I highly recommend Carstar in Stillwell. Phil Ferry took care of everything from start to finish. You hear companies talk about the great customer service they provide, in this case they exceeded. The whole staff was outstanding. Companies that "claim" to give great customer service should really model themselves after Carstar.

CARSTAR was suggested by our insurance company. The office and service people were all very nice and helpful. We were kept well-informed throughout the repair process. Our car was repaired quickly and exceptionally well. We would definitely use STARCAR again but hope another car damage problem is delayed by at least another 100 years! Super job, CARSTAR folk!

The whole experience from start to finish was friendly, professional, and top quality.
