Seems like a two-man operation who have been doing word-of-mouth business for a long time. I got good fuzzies from them, seem like decent guys. They went over the parts necessary for the repair and totalled the parts cost right in front of me. There was an extra part we later added but that happens. Cost ended up being less than Hamline AB would have been, and I think these guys used newer parts than hamline would have. Bumper was flawlessly painted with identical factory detail. I cant comment on speed since I had a bunch of trips and delays, but once the parts were in and I dropped it off it was done in a few days, and I told them there was no rush. Two thumbs up. I like these guys.

I went there for estimate my audi a6 fenders, and get it fixed quite well with in 3 days. They work fast, with superb quality and precisely keep in estimated budget and time. Manager Tom is very nice man, always would like to listen customer and give his advice. They offer competitve price and trusty work, they will make you happy when you return to see your car get fixed. its best body shop I ever met, will be a return customer in future if I must.

Repairs took longer than I would have hoped, but Rick did perfect work (and I doubt another shop would have been much faster). Rick noticed a bit of additional damage while performing the quoted work and dealt with my insurance company directly to get everything taken care of. While I hope to never need their service again, I would not hesitate in taking my car back to Central Hennepin Auto Body if the situation arises.

Best auto repairing experience ever. As a poor grad student, having your car crashed basically means you are screwed. But no, this place is totally different from other shops that would rip you of. Rick did a great job and he didnt charge me a penny for examining and making an estimate, even though it took him lots of time. This IS the place you go if you need a body work.

Best place in town to get your body work done. They can match and repaint better than anyone and they take as much pride in getting you out the door with an inexpensive solution as they do with a major repair. Ive taken a half-dozen cars to these guys myself and my family wouldnt go anywhere else. Tom and Rick are the best in the business.
