Online it says they are open on Saturdays and I even made an appointment through their website as I could not get ahold of them by phone. It turns out that it is a lie they are open. I got to my appointment and they were closed. I had tried calling numerous times before and all the phone did was ring. There was nothing telling me their hours and no voice message system. I tried to call the companys customer service number and all it did was tell me to dial an extension. I was depending on them today, and if I had known they werent open I would have gone elsewhere. Now it might be too late to get my car fixed today, and I might miss my plans I was supposed to have tonight.

Ok, they say that they have $19.95 oil specials and charge 10% sales tax but I figured it up after leaving and their 10% is more like 20% so youre not really getting the deal they say you are when the total bill comes to somewhere around $23.95. Youre basically paying full price minus $1.00 on the $24.95 oil change. Have heard that other people have had mechanical problems that they wont make right and one person had a tire change that they apparently forgot to tighten lug nuts on. Needless to say, the tire came off within a 30 minute time period, as the person was driving down the road.

Theres nothing like having vehicle problems when travelling. Youre not familiar with the available mechanics in the area so you dont know which one you can trust. Im extremely happy that I chose this location. I couldnt have asked for better service and customer care. Not only was my vehicle problem resolved, the problem was explained to me in such a way that it was easy to understand. If I should ever have any more vehicle issues while Im in this area, I wont hesitate to bring my vehicle here again. Highly recommend them!

This has the meineke name but theyre not following the franchise. They dont follow the hours or honor the coupons sent out. The morning guy even said he wouldnt give the same discount the owner said the day before. These owners are horrible here but that shouldnt be a reflection of the franchise itself.

Always have had good service on my vehicles. A couple of their mechanics have been working on our vehicles for fifteen or more years at Meineke and previous shops they worked at.
