I would give this place a 0 if I could, but in order to write this I must give them some kind of stars. They are horrible. I went here and they said that I needed new tires, no problem. I paid them and got my new tires and was happy, but I did not get the road hazard...About a week later my tires went flat again. I took it back to this store in Hudson... Where they told me nothing was wrong with them, but then I wake up the next morning and they were flat again. I took them to a tires plus in Plymouth, MN where I work, and they told me there were about 5 pin pricks in my tires, ALL FOUR OF THEM. Do not get me wrong I live I dont live in the best neighborhood, but no one would take the time to put pin pricks in my tires. And I was told that this had to have happened when they put my tires on. The Plymouth store called them, all the Hudson store said was to charge me for 4 new tires... When I just spent 500$ on NEW TIRES A WEEK AGO. They vandalized my car and tried to blame my neighborhood. They did it so I would have to buy new tires from them. They are worthless and when I called I just got hung up on. Horrible and conieving little jerks at this store. They are a franchise and not a cooperate store so they can pretty much do whatever they want. They suck. Do not do business with them. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. HORRIBLE PLACE. LIARS. STEALERS. CHEATERS.

Our Chevy Equinox tire kept going flat, so I used fix a flat to get it to this place (never use that stuff as they can t patch tires that have it). I called ahead and they don t take appointments, so just drove in and dropped the vehicle off. I ended up walking to Menards shopping, then to Home Depot and came back. This still wasn t done, I sat in their nightmare of a waiting room (no AC, had a fridge for bottled water for customers, but was empy). I understand with running a business that cut corners in areas that can be, but I got the vehicle back with new tires and drove around and home, but never got to highway speed. After a highway trip with some very annoying vibrations, I took it into my usual mechanic and was told they just sprayed the inside of the tire and never cleaned out the fix a flat decently(like they said they would). So my Chevy s balance was off because they had left water inside the tire. I will never use again. They were very expensive as well, even after a half priced deal certificate.

Even though I was warned NOT to go to any Tires Plus stores..foolishly I did. I bought 2, 60,000 mile tires or $85.00. I got 26,000 miles out of them and went back. I was told they couldnt do anything because they were not 100% gone yet, only 75% gone AND since I didnt bring in all the proof of rotation they would only give me 20% off on the tires..which would be $85.00 per tire since inflation the same tires are now $100.00 each.(BS). So basically, pay the same as i did 26,000 miles ago to replace poorly made tires for another set of poorly made tires for the same price?? Will NEVER EVER go there again and the amount of people that have told me not to go I am surprised they are still in business!!

Was very dissatisfied upon doing business via phone to purchase 2 tires for our daughters front wheel drive car. The tires were to go on the front to replace the snow tires as my husband clearly stated to them upon paying. However when our daughter brought the car in she was told it was their company policy to put the tires on the back for safety reasons. We were never informed of this policy upon the point of purchase, which I feel is kind of a bait and switch business practice. So if you ever do business with them over the phone and you prepay with credit card, you may not end up getting what you thought you were paying for. We sure didnt.

There was a noise and vibration in wheel after getting work done here. I went back in and without question they wanted to check to be sure everything was done correctly. They stayed past close to do this even. And the noise was my brakes, and the vibration was a very bad tire. Nothing to do with what they had done a week prior. Yet they still balanced all my wheels and rotated the tires, without charge. Good people, fair pricing, genuinely concerned for their customers. If i could give them 6 stars I would. Very impressed.

Tires Plus was recommended to me for engine repairs and I am glad I went there! My car was not running right and made loud noises in the engine. They diagnosed my car and had me fixed and on the road at a very reasonable price! I felt very comfortable with the knowledge and professional service from the entire staff! I will be returning to Tires Plus and I will recommending them to all my friends and co-workers! Thank you for your honesty and professional expertise!!

Had front rotors and PDS done. They chose to not mention the bad caliper because reviews accused them of over parting customers. This ended up as a bad decision as the new parts got smoked in just s few miles. A brief dission and they replaced the new but abused parts AND put in a new caliper for which they did not charge me...very generous. Ultimately the brakes were excellent. Kudos to them for their solution to the problem!

Got an online estimate for 4 truck tires. The invoice matched the estimate and tires were installed properly. After their inspection of the suspension, I received an estimate for 4 ball joints and 1 tie rod end (pretty common for a Dodge Dakota). They also took the time to show me how they were worn out which was appreciated. Overall Im was very satisfied with their service and price.

Needed snow tires for my car and my dad recommended Tires Plus. Jerry and his team were very helpful in recommending the right tires for my car as well as being cheaper then all the other places in town. I was able to get in and out in less then an hour and I love my snow tires. Thanks Tires Plus.

I visited this location to get new wipers for my SUV. However, instead of replacing the 3 that I needed, they only did 2 of them. The folks are nice enough but you need to check after them. I quickly returned to the location when I discovered the error. They promptly replaced the third wiper.

John and his guys are awesome. They do great work quickly and inexpensively. You can count on them to be honest. They are not one of the shops that will tell you that you need new blinker fluid or tell you to rotate you transmission.

I used to go to this place quite a bit until they told me I needed all new brakes and rotors. I was quoted at 400.oo+ for this. I got a second opinion and it turned out I need one new brake pad and paid 25.00 to have it done.
