I am a first-time BMW owner and initially did not know of a trustworthy place to take my car for service besides the dealership, which is close to my workplace, but not my home. I was excited when I received a flyer in the mail last year announcing Euro Autoworks location in Woodbury. My first contact with Euro Autoworks actually came about due to an accident when someone hit me less than 4 months after I got my car! Bodywork was being done nearby and when that was completed, there was a dash light on to be checked out. Euro Autoworks assessed my car and was able to tell me when the issue first occurred (before my ownership began) and gave me a quote for the repair. In this instance, I ended up taking my car back to the dealership to work out something with them for fixing the pre-existing condition. But, when I picked up my car from the bodywork place, a tire pressure light came on and Euro Autoworks took care of the issue quickly for me. Calvin was kind and accommodating and really put me at ease as I was anxious and had just got my car back after almost two weeks. After this initial contact, tho, I looked forward to when I could call on them for work on my car. In April, 2015, I made an appointment for an oil change with Euro Autoworks. The morning of my appointment, when I arrived, I was immediately made to feel comfortable and Calvin and Matt really took the time to explain everything thoroughly and answer any/all questions I had. I was able to continue working in the lobby waiting area (free wifi!) while waiting for my car, and when I needed an additional repair which was to take more time (oil leak, which I had already kind of suspected), I was able to use a loaner vehicle. This week, I came back in to have my headlight replaced and was able to get right in for an appointment that worked well with my schedule. I, once again, received wonderful service and even got my car washed, which was a great perk. I highly recommend Euro Autoworks!

Im not grateful for much, but I thank all the stars above for having found this place. My ride (and go-to twelve-year love of my life) is an 03 Mini Cooper, and when Motorwerks Mini upped stakes and moved to the far side of the Twin Cities some two years back, I found myself in the market for a "foul-weather friend"-- that is to say, a repair shop that would be there reliably, patiently, (semi-)immediately, and at a decent driving distance. Enter the fine folks at Euro. Theyve kept Maus running at peak-plus condition, and theyre there at a moments notice for minor repairs (like headlight swap-outs), too. On our latest visit, Maus wasnt coming down off of high idle, and twice she wouldnt shift out of PARK. A poll of the cesspit of rumor and folklore known as the internet had me mentally sending her off to the boneyard: according to the Weird Wide Web, her transmission was failing (which, for the idiosyncratic automatics of the "new" Minis fledgling years, is a death sentence). Matt at Euro quickly and patiently put my mind at ease: a stint on the diagnostic sensors revealed that a software upgrade was what Maus needed. Three hundred bucks worth of digital small-talk versus eight thousand dollars worth of transmission? Ill take it! Not only that, but shared working arrangements enabled Euro to pick Maus up and drop her off again at my place of employment. Talk about door-to-door service! So, now Maus is running like a top (or a brand-spanking-new Mini-- only better!), and the bill was more than reasonable. Fair prices, great people who know what theyre talking about (and are honest and pleasant in the bargain), a willingness to arrange transportation, quick, high-quality service-- whats not to love? Oh, and the coffee is super, too. Hate to paraphrase old TV, but the lines been running through my head all week (along with the throaty purr of Mauss newly tuned idle): Babies, youre the greatest!

Having to take my car in for service or an oil change has always been one of things I least look forward to. Now having an expensive to fix and hard to work on VW, this fear has increased... until I decided to try out Euro Autoworks. After one visit, I can say without a doubt that there is no other place Id rather bring my car. I have worked in customer service for nearly 20 years and value honesty, integrity, and a positive attitude and Euro Autoworks went above and beyond in meeting my expectations. Matter-of-fact, I honestly dont think Ive had as good of service at ANY store of any kind. My oil change was completed much sooner than anticipated and the staff took significant time thoroughly answering any addition car concerns I had at a level that my novice brain could understand. Not only that, but the pricing they quoted on the work I need done was around 1/3 of the dealerships quote. I cant imagine taking my car anywhere else and I cant help but tell all of my friends about my experience. If youre wondering if you should try them out, DO IT!!!

Always brought my Lexus to the dealer until I had a great referral for euro autoworks. They are wonderful and reasonable rates. Calvin has always been extremely kind, thorough and knowledgeable. My dash lit up like a Christmas tree on Christmas eve morning. I called, they were of coarse full. I had a long drive ahead of me that day and Calvin managed to get me in to at least check it over to make sure it was safe to drive and I wouldnt be stranded anywhere. They were only to be working til noon or 1pm that day and I was in around that time and knew they werent getting out of there as planned I went back in right after Christmas to have the issues taken care of and asked what time they all got done on Christmas eve, it wasnt until at least 4pm! That is a dedicated team! I hope everyone in that day was a thankful as I was! Very glad I have now chosen this place for my vehicle maintenance and repairs. Thank you Calvin and Euro Autoworks for sacrificing your time to make sure I and others had a safe vehicles to drive over the holidays!!

I wanted to share my great experience I had at Euro Autoworks. I called them to get pricing on some work I needed done for my BMW X5 M and they were very competitive giving me the best pricing. They were able to get me in and out within the time they said they would. More importantly they didnt give me any surprises when I showed up telling me I had to pay more for the job even though it took them more time than anticipated or that I had other things wrong that didnt need to be fixed. Im in sales at a local dealership and have high expectations for customer service which everyone that worked there met. They were more than willing to answer any questions or concerns I had. Matt, Mike and Brandon were great to deal with and share the same passion for cars that I do which even makes it better. I also had a chance to meet the owner who was very nice as well. Thanks again guys and highly recommend anyone looking to get any work done go to Euro Autoworks. Sincerely Gabe
