Work completed as promised and with a complete explanation of what needed to be done and not needed to be done. I have complete trust with TGK, great service team who go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. I have been going with TGK for years now. I went up to the shop 15 minutes before close on a freezing December night needing a headlight to be changed and they went out of their way to do it even though they were closing. If you want to feel confident about a car repair go to TGK. They also never do anything to your car that does not need to be done and will tell you up front about it. TGK gets my business every time.

I had work done on my 98 Grand Prix last week and my car sounds and runs awesome! Being it was a fairly old car I was unsure as to even get the work done on it or just junk it. Chris Glass assured me that he would check out the car personally and decided whether he thought it was worth the money. He did and gave me a thorough review of my cars current shape and it made sense that fixing it was the right thing to do. I am very happy with the work that they did and the honesty that they showed me throughout the process. I recommend calling TGK with any of your automotive concerns! Thanks a lot guys! Tom

I’ve been using TGK Automotive for all my auto repairs, maintenance, and upgrades for the last 3 years. They can work on just about anything. I own a 2007 Toyota, a 2002 Ford, and a 1953 Ford, and I wouldn’t bring any of these vehicles to any other shop. The entire staff is experienced, knowledgeable and friendly. Whether the job is small or large, they get the job done quickly, and fixed correctly the first time. I always recommend them to all my friends and family!

I went to TGK Automotive today for the first time and my experience was excellent! I drive an Audi and have found it is more difficult to find mechanics who know how to work on my car. TGK Automotive was awesome. They were knowledgeable, reasonable and efficient- I was in and out in one hour! Oh and the mechanic told me my car is in great shape! I almost fell off my chair!! how many times have you heard that from a mechanic??!! This is my new shop, for sure.

Great customer service! I went in for an inspection of a car I was considering buying at North Suburban Auto down the street. They got me in right away even though they were swamped, inspected it in a half hour, and explained everything to me. He gave me estimates on the problems and actually showed me on the car what was up-in english-Im a young woman who knows nothing about cars. Theyre very affordable, friendly, honest, and willing to help.

Ive had nothing but great experiences with TGK Auto. They were able to diagnose and fix a problem with my 2004 Lincoln Navigator which the dealership couldnt figure out. Theyve also done great work with my 2001 Lincoln Continental which had some bad ignition coils and spark plugs. Every time its done on time and with great quality. Never had to go back and get the same thing fixed like Ive experienced with other shops.

Excellent service from start to finish. Called yesterday about an issue with the vehicle and had it fixed within 24 hours! Tim Kruse (manager) and his staff explained everything that was going on and went above and beyond to take care of us. Not often you come across a car repair shop that truly put their clients first-these are your guys! Thank you Tim and crew!!! Would highly recommend and will use again!

I love these guys! They are always honest and fair and they do fantastic work on our vehicles! We dont go anywhere else. Finding a great mechanic is like finding a great doctor; as much time as we spend in a vehicle now days...you want to make sure its running at its best and the guys at TGK will make sure you are well taken care of!!!
