Bought two sets of tires from them on multiple occasions and their service seemed great until... One time they did a "free" check on my AC and suggested that I get it serviced. Mind you, my AC was cold and working great up to that point... So I declined to. Two weeks later, my AC was no longer cold... I thought that was either really bad luck or just coincidence, so I spent that summer with no AC. The next summer, I tried recharging my Freon and it was cold for two weeks then went back to warm/hot again. Then this year, I finally gave in and brought it to Firestone to have them do a test on it, which cost $70, but they ended up not doing the test yet still charged me. They said I had 0 Freon left, so they couldnt do the test. They even charged me for their "Freon" even though they stated they never did the test or anything to it. I had to call to get that Freon charge off my bill. They said they had to totally vacuum out my AC system and recharge it before they could even begin to figure out what was wrong. Which was going to cost me $150. I said forget that, Ill talk to my personal mechanic YouTube. I even went as far as buying a Manifold/Vacuum so I could do it myself. I also purchased new valves just in case... Anyways, as it turned out after vacuuming and refilling my AC, I found the leak... it was the low pressure valve. It wasnt in tight enough. So yeah, what a coincidence huh? Two weeks after they offer to test my AC, my AC goes out. And only a couple years later, after countless money spent on it, it was just because someone loosened my low pressure valve. Thanks Firestone... you lost a customer!

I brought my car yesterday for inspection and the car was runing smooth they told me wait around 1 hr they back to me and said your car needs both control aims and swypar link $ 839 I know my car has some issues oil leak full light was something wrong and back asisistant any how as soon as I get in my car I got shocked couldnt drive even a mile the car is chumps up and down I call them and asked my car was smooth when I came here what did you do to my car they said we told you man you have to fix it right now and you Had this problem and I said this unacceptable this car was running smooth and changed control arms less than 6 months Thats what happened to me Any help I would be highly appreciate Thanks boss

I have Firestone tires and the lifetime rotate, balance, and alignment. I take my car in 3-4 times a year and do oil changes at the same time. One time I was recommended brakes, which I knew I needed. They quoted me a very fair price and even attached a coupon I didnt know was available. Brakes came out great. I have 50,000 miles on my Firestones over 5 years, and they are still over 60% of life. Service may not be the fastest, and may come at a mere 5-10% more $ than competition, but Im willing to wait for trustworthy service.

PLEASE READ! I made an appointment for a wheel alignment Sunday at 9 and never showed up , but I still got a call from them. They lied and said they couldnt do a wheel alignment because my ball joints where broken and I needed new suspension. They never even saw the car. THEY HAVE PRE CHOSEN LIES TO TELL YOU WHEN YOU BRING YOUR CAR IN FOR A SPECIFIC THING. they told me the total was going to be $967.45 for all. I then told them I hadnt even showed up to the appointment and they just hung up. STAY AWAY FROM THIS AUTO SHOP

Long wait times, poor customer service and high prices. I brought my truck in to get a new tire said they couldnt do it because I have 4 wheel drive and it could mess it up since there was uneven ware on my tires. Ok I get it, its a legal thing I understand. I then asked if I could just bring in a wheel (not on a vehicle) and get a new tire on it they still refused. The lady who I talked to was very unpleasant, and rude. Never going there again

While the prices are higher than I like and you need to make an appointment since they are very busy. However, they are always honest and straight forward. I never feel pressured when they suggest something is needed. When at a mechanic shop these two things (honesty and no pressure) are what I care about most. Price being third, but you usually get what you pay for.

They put new tires on my car. It took four hours, but they got the job done. The customer service was fine and polite, but the mechanic lectured me THREE separate times on my choice of car. (There are no issues with it. Its just old.) His advice was unsolicited and made me feel embarrassed. I probably wont go here again.

Store manager Shawn went above and beyond what was required to make me satisfied. This Firestone location is wonderful. Ive been going to Firestone for over 25 years, and every location is owned and operated by a different person. In general, I have been treated fairly at each Firestone Service Center.

I had a loose adjusting coupler on my tie rods. These people told me that both tie rods and the coupler were worn out. The estimate was for $ 700.00. What needed to be done was three bolts on the coupler were loose. Cost to repair it, $ 49.92. Do not trust their estimates, get a second opinion.

Brought my car in they said they would look at it maybe have it done same day but the next day for sure. Called after 4 hours not hearing anything the guy said they had no opening until Friday, today is Tuesday had I known that I would of gone elsewhere. Thank you for wasting my time.

brought my 98 Chevy Silverado in for tires.In and out in a Hour and a half very happy with that Very informative on repairs and maintenance but not overly pushy! You guys do great work keep up the good work! Will definitely come back for more repairs

They only worked on my car for 3 hours but charged me for 4 hours and would not take it off my bill very unhappy with the service and the quality of the work they performed. They have very high prices so be prepared to empty your pocketbook

The crank on my window broke with my window rolled halfway down. The shop was extremely busy, but Shawn immediately followed me outside to help. With storm clouds on the way, I really appreciated the effort he took to crank it back up.

Had a battery die close to here and brought it in they tested it got me a new one and even helped tighten the leads for free when I stopped back as I didnt have the right tools with me. Really helpful and nice people working there.
