Ive learned a long time ago not to go to a car place unless it comes recommended by someone I trust very much - Carworks to my way in just this way. I have not been let down. If you can love getting your oil changed or needing something done to your car, I love this place. I trust them with my car, and to be honest and fair with me. It is refreshing to be treated like a person and see they treat customer with the same dignity. They really are like visiting family (the kind you like). If you havent found a place to take your car, you can trust this place! I do!

I have brought my truck into Carworks Oakdale twice now, with very favorable results. The staff was most helpful with diagnosing and fixing what needed to be fixed. I explained that since I would be moving out of state soon, that I needed to feel confident that my truck would make the journey. They met all my expectations and with very reasonable price. Thanks for excellent customer service!

If anyone writes a bad review about this place, the person who manages the account deletes it. They think theyre a good business, but theyre not. Theyre being sued because they DO NOT know how to properly fix vehicles. They are incompetent, to say the least. DO NOT GO HERE. Theyll ruin your car and youll have to go a mechanic that actually knows what theyre doing.

Great service. Great prices. They dont try to scam you with extras they claim that need to be repaired that dont truly need to be replaced. As Ive experienced that with other auto shops on the past.

Bill is a nice guy. $32 in change out the door for synthetic for a newer Prius! It was my first time there and certainly will be back Was really easy to schedule and it took less than an hour.

They are very expensive. For the $119 part they charged me $235 and labor is very expensive too. Would not recommend to go there unless you are rich and have free money to give away.
