I went there today to have them look at my vehicle because the AC wasnt cooling anymore. When I walked in I was shocked at what was happening. The Woodbury Autocare employee there was VERY rude, short, and not treating his customer the right way! He had his voice raised, and was clearly on the defense. I was appalled. The customer was asking for help because he believed that Woodbury Autocare had done damage to his car while they were fixing something else on it. The customer was given 2 options, and was told "there will be NO further discussion about it!" 1. Run the diagnostic test and if it came back saying that Woodbury Autocare did to the damage, they would "make it right" (however, this was said in a rude, annoyed, & belittling tone) 2. Run the diagnostic test and if it came back that Woodbury Autocare was not at fault, the customer needed to pay the $100 for the diagnostic test. (The diagnostic test they were referring to takes all but less then a minute to run, you simply connect a computer machine to your car and it populates a code so you know where/what the issue(s) is/are.) The customer said he didnt trust them to be honest since WA has the machine, WA gets to say what is wrong, and WA had already returned a damaged vehicle to him. (The customer said this without raising his voice, he said it in an a matter of fact way, non-threatening.) That is when the WA employee said, "Thats fine, I will have your vehicle lowered right now, that settles it!!" His tone, body language and attitude was terrible - I couldnt believe how defensive he was, especially since he was "innocent"! I was shocked as I stood there watching this. ** WA SHOULD have invited the customer back to watch as they ran the diagnostic FREE OF CHARGE, talked to him as they figured out what was actually wrong and proceeded from there (taking responsibility for if/what they caused damage to.) I will NEVER take my vehicle there as I have now seen their true colors. Wow. Shame on you Woodbury Autocare!

Car stopped running. Got it towed here to get it looked at due to the good reviews. The fuel pump had stopped working. I was quoted over $1000 to get it fixed. I was told by them that the dealer recommended a fuel pump that cost $800 but they had found a good deal for one at $540. At that point I got my car towed somewhere else and cut my losses from the $120 diagnostic service. I ended up buying a fuel pump for my car model from an auto parts store for $90 and went to another garage to have it installed. The total cost ended up about 1/5 of what they quoted me initially. Im sure their work is good, but unless youre willing to pay an arm and a leg, Id look elsewhere.

My check engine light came on, so I brought my truck here. The service personnel were courteous. They charge $100 just to plug a code reader into the vehicle. I had a bad O2 sensor. They charged me $100 for the diagnostic, $200 for the sensor, and about $100 for the labor. I found the sensor for sale online at around $60, and you can buy a code reader for $200. They even suggested that I have my throttle body plate cleaned for another $100. $400 total to have an 02 sensor replaced. I opted out of the throttle body cleaning. If you are considering going to this service provider, dont. I would not recommend their service to anyone.

I brought my vehicle into service for a simple tire repair. After completing that service, the technican let me know about a couple of small safety items that should be addressed. Most other shops try to upsell you had and do not take the time to prioritize the needs of the vehicle. I appreciated the fix, and the recommendation for the future. You have a new lifetime customer. Very Professional, clean, and curious organization.

Had them looked at the emergency break after waiting for 4 hours, they quoted for $3K and said there is no other options. The option was to just cut the cord and forget about it. Also did some electrical related work, asked for any discount but told there is none. I have to find it myself on their website for coupon, but given very bad attitude when asked. Someone has to pay for the free cookies.

This company used to be the place that I would take my vehicles for routine maintenance, but lately have been much higher priced. They used to work with you on matching competitors prices or at least work with you on the price. Recently, they told me their price on an alternator was almost twice as much as anywhere else I checked. They actually were even more expensive than the dealership.

Woodbury Auto care have been my "go to" guys for the last 10 years. They have never failed to fix whatever has been wrong with all of our cars. Always honest about the repairs I never felt like I was being overcharged. Excellent customer service every time. Their extended service hours have also been helpful to accommodate our busy schedule. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We have used WA before and this time the overall was again, superior. No upsell, priced right, had an opportunity to confuse non-mechanics and make more money, but, didnt. I dont understand some of the other comments below, but, wanted to put our 5-star out here.

Came in for a flat, had me on the road in 30 minutes. Awesome service. Its good to know everybody in your shop is ASE certified. Other shops hire kids to work on my $45,000 vehicle. Your a step above.
