Worst service I have ever received getting an oil change/work done from any place I have ever gone!!! Made an appointment for an oil change which I have never done before because I have always gone to Midas or Valvoline and be in and out in 20 minutes for an oil change without an appointment, but decided to give Tires Plus a try. After sitting in the lobby for 40 MINUTES and seeing my car still sitting in the parking lot, not even having been brought back I finally asked the guy at the counter if my car was going to be brought back soon, he had forgotten who I was and asked what car I had and I explained what car I had and that my appointment had been for 40 minutes before and that my car had not even been brought back yet. After another 10 minutes my car was finally brought back, after the oil change was finally done one of the service guys told me that I needed a front-end wheel alignment, I was informed that it would only take 15 minutes, so I agreed, 35 minutes later I finally saw my car being brought back to the parking lot where it sat for another 15 minutes while I waited for the guys at the front counter to finish arguing with other customers who had had similar experiences before I could pay and leave. The story does not end here, I wrote a letter to corporate explaining what happened and received a call from the Forrest Lake manager asking why I was disappointed with "all" the service I received, I unfortunately was at work and could not answer the phone call, after calling the store back for 2 days and not being able to contact the manager I received an email saying they were glad the issue had been resolved. Story still does not end here, I had gotten the oil change because I had a trip down to Florida planned and wanted to make sure everything was ready to go. I did not even reach Nashville when all of a sudden my change oil light came on (not even 1,000 miles after the oil change ) when I checked my oil level the dipstick came back COMPLETELY dry, which is weird and scary since my car has never had an issue burning oil before. After adding 5 QUARTS of oil to my car I continued my travels down to Florida and back checking my oil levels at every single gas stop with not a single problem with the oil level being low at all. Kind of a sketchy situation Tires Plus? Worst service ever!

Despite many poor experiences from others on here, I actually was pretty impressed. Firstly, I only go here for tires because they do generally have the best deals ($450 quote for tires, I checked three other places in the area and it was over $600 at all of them for the same tires). Ill admit that getting other maintenance work done on your car here is way more expensive than most other places. My Story: With that said, I scheduled an appointment for new tires (all 4). I was in no hurry so i didnt bother asking how long it would take. They had my car in the garage only a few minutes after showing up to start working on it. In the meantime, I went next door for a bite to eat. They called me when the tires were all done which took MAYBE 1 hr 30 min. I didnt know this at the time, but they have a guarantee that if you have an appointment, the tire change will be done in one hour. So without knowing this at the time, the front desk manager was very upfront about the guarantee and gave me 20% off my order that day (20% of 450$ saved me 90$. This wasnt a rebate or anything like that. They just took $90 straight off my bill that day) AND I also got a coupon for a free oil change. I have NO reason to complain about this place! THE BEST PART about this was the reason it took them longer than anticipated was because they didnt have the star bit for getting the 5th lug nut off and they couldnt find mine in my cars spare compartment, so i walked over from Normans and found it for them. No big deal to do that, and it was inevitably what made them take longer than an hour which saved me 90$ and an oil change!!! Awesome day!!! For regular maintenance/work, I recommend supporting your local mom and pop shop mechanics. Simple...

Been going there for 6 years now, but after my last experience, it will definitely be my last experience. All I wanted them to do is check 2 of my tires and the wheel bearings. They came back with I need 4 tires, all new struts and shocks, new breaks, new wheel bearings, and a $2853 payment. They were so kind that theyd take $12.50 off each of the 4 tires ($50). WOW. I new it was way out of the ordinary because I just got 2 new tires on the rear of my vehicle 5 months prior. I mentioned it to the guy out front and he came back with, "oh, I agree, your rear tires are looking great." I thought that was pretty fishy, so I took my $2853 quote and went else where and that mechanic said "your struts and breaks look fine. You do need 2 new tires, and your breaks are getting down there, but nothing to worry about, but everything else looks great." So, if you do go to this place, double check and get another opinion before you let these "scammers" touch your vehicle.

If you come here be warned they will try and sell ypu things you dont need. I was new to this area so I went to tires plus for an oil change. Per there norm I got my suggested work to be done and that included tires(which I needed sooner rather than later) and a new washer fluid container. I asked about this and the sales person said it was cracked and needed to be replaced. I took a quote for both sets of items. After asking around for a good mechanic I got a quote at fisk tire which happened to be cheaper for like tires and the same work for the washer container. So I went there. Long story short tires plus told me my fuild container was cracked when all that had happened was the hose had come off and neededication to be re attached. This store and brand is not worth your time go to an honest local mechanic. I would recommend fisk tire. But go with anyone other than tires plus forest lake.

Scheduled an appointment for 6 PM. I asked the kind man on the phone if the car would be done by 7. He stated, " Yes, there isnt a reason we shouldnt be." My family and I arrived at 5:40. There was a discrepancy about the quoted price I received from their website and what they were telling me I would be paying. A hidden HAZARD fee was removed from my purchase ( a fee that hadnt been disclosed) and we were underway. My family and I waited in the lobby until 7:35 when they finally pulled my vehicle back into a bay. It was another 55 minutes before they were finished with the job. Im not sure what country 8:30 means 7 but its not the one I live in. After the prolonged 2 hour and 50 minute wait my husband and I didnt even receive and apology or and explanation of why they were an hour and a half over the expected wait time. I will never service my vehicle here again.
