I told them to give me the conventional oil change, and they decided to give me the most expensive synthetic oil instead. The store manager of this location is a moron. He came out to talk to me with food in his teeth, spoke poorly to the point where you could even understand him. Then when I asked why he screwed up my oil changed he offered to fix it by draining my car of the synthetic oil and replace it with what I wanted, Really? Sure I’ll wait another 45 minutes cause youre stupid. Be aware there is a Valvoline right across the street.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO TO JIFFY LUBE! I live in Hugo, went to the Forest Lake Jiffy Lube and they caused an oil leak that ruined our engine and then blamed it on our engine already burning oil - which is NOT the case. Our car is NO LONGER DRIVABLE. Yes, it was caused by them. And NO they will not fix it. Mistakes happen, but weaseling out of them is unacceptable. Save yourself the financial trouble of paying for THEIR mistakes and go to Andys Auto in Forest Lake, they are fantastic.

Only giving them 1 star because it doesnt have the option of giving them ZERO stars. Took car in yesterday to get an oil change, they tried to upsell on everything and they were overly persistent. The biggest problem I have is that it hasnt even been 24 hours since I took the car in and now it wont even start. I dont think this is a coincidence. Car had been starting and running fine until now. Certainly wont be going back.

I personally witnessed the workers not even touching the tires and yet claiming the tires were inflated. I checked the tires and the numbers were way off. The workers cuss when they are asked politely to do the job correctly. From my observations, I would not recommend this place.

horrible absolutely horrible! ! left my truck unlocked in the parking lot says they checked stuff they did not it was low on everything, antifreeze, tire air pressure. says vacuum floors and washed Windows. .. ha! they did nothing! Im not positive they even changed the oil!

Ive been coming here the past year and would recommend it to anyone. Today (9/1) Mike and another gentleman did a GREAT job on my car and provided awesome customer service. They were extremely nice and helped me out a lot with my car. I will keep coming to this Jiffy Lube.

When I arrived someone came out right away to greet me. I was offered coffee and about 10 minutes later my car was done! They vacuumed and even gave me 15 off my bill for being a new customer and getting synthetic oil. Great experience, I would recommend to anyone.

I had to give 1 star in order to post, but I would prefer to give 0 stars! A regular oil change that cost $71.48!!! Absolutey unbelievable! I will NEVER go back to this place again! Now I know why there was nobody in the stalls waiting to get their oil changed!

They did not have my vehicle in their computer so they said that they would not do an oil change. It is a 2008 GM vehicle with a very common motor.

Slow service, they didnt do half the stuff they were supposed to, and broke the oil pan in my car. Im going to a real mechanic next time.
