I would definitely not recommend this joint. I believe that they are either incompetent, inept or wanting to sell me services I dont need. When I had my tires mounted, the air pressure was different on each tire. The tires were not balanced properly, so it had a vibration at certain speeds. I brought it back three times to give them a chance to correct the vibration, which they acknowledged the balancing was out of balance each time. I brought it to another Firestone store who rebalanced the tires and this corrected the problem. The Woodlynn Avenue store advised me to have an alignment that I did not need and suggested the car was in need of replacement shocks and struts that were unnecessary to correct the problem. This would have cost me considerable expense and not addressed the issue.

I dont know about what Jeff thinks about this place but they like to ripe you off. I had my 1998 civic exhaust system looked at and to replace it it would cost me about $850 for parts labor and tax. Last time I check the price when I had it replace before it was only half the price range. Even a friend of mine said they were cheating me out and would to it for $350 for parts and labor. Dont go there, they cant even balance my wheel correct after getting new tires. I had to go back to rebalanced the wheel after my tired blew out after half a year, lucky they replaced the tire for free but still charged to rebalanced the tire again...

Shouldnt even give it a one star .Customer Service was horrible , the tire manager and mechanic Yer are incompetant..I had to bring it to their attention that they left off a bolt to hold the right wheel and said I could take it home ..To bring it back tomorrow , that their tool broke ..I m lucky I didnt drive it away and put myself at risk..Dont use this Firestone , they dont know what their doing and dont care..Worst expwrience ever..

Ive had no problems with other firestones but this location has been riddled with issues. First they replaced a bearing and cv joint & shaft. A month and a half later its doing the same thing so they said it was a bad cv joint and replaced it again. Now a week later and its back to doing the same thing. Im cutting my losses and taking my vehicle elsewhere.

Went in for a simple oil change and they tried to up sell me the following: Cabin air filter (I just replaced it last week) Wiper Blades (less than 3 months old) Fuel system cleaning (done 30,000 miles ago) Transmission(Transaxle) fluid exchange(Sealed unit, cannot be exchanged!) AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!

Over priced!!! $530 for a pcv valve replacement? And they didnt even put my car back together all the way. 2 bolts from my intercooler wasnt even screwed back on. Just another car shop with dumbass wanna be mechanics trying to rip people off.

I have been loyal to this branch even when they were in Roseville. Taken my car here for years, always good services, done on time, dont try to sell me on what I dont need. Good management, happy customer!
