Took my car in yesterday for 3 reasons, NONE of which were fixed. When I went in, I asked them to do three things - there was a problem with my gas tank, I couldnt put in more than $9.00 in gas before the pump would cut off, even though the gas gauge registered under a 1/4 of a tank. They SUPPOSEDLY replaced some kind of vacuum valve. Second, the check engine light was on and I had them run their $84 diagnostic check to see why it was on. Thirdly, I asked them to make sure the tire pressure was checked on each tire, because one was registering low. Well, NOT ONE problem was fixed. Went to fill the tank this morning, STILL couldnt put in more than $9.00. Also, the check engine light is still on. AND they couldnt do something as simple as put air in my tire, because it still registers as low. This is NOT the first time I have had problems with the work at this location. I took it in TWICE to fix a faulty turn signal, and it was not fixed either time. Finally I had to take it elsewhere to get it done, and the place I took it to replaced it for free. PLUS they told me last night that I have a really bad engine mount, and that I should have it replaced ASAP. I made a future appointment for them to do it, but Im seriously considering canceling and having some other place look at it. NOT HAPPY.

This is by far one of the best group of Mechanics ever. Super helpful and exceptional Customer Service. My thanks goes to a guy named James who was working up at the front desk at the time, I had an issue that was something other then a repair or anything of that nature. Long story short, I bought a USED vehicle that supposedly came with a Remoter Engine Starter as shown in the Car Ad. Turns out after the purchase of the vehicle, the Dealer now says they knew nothing of this and didnt want to help until I threatened to take Legal Action. They now wanted me to find a Mechanic to inspect my vehicle to see if there would be an existing Remote Engine Starter installed. I was stressed, looked around. .Best Buy wouldnt help. .but when I called here. .James seemed to care after I told him my situation. They dont normally do this but he had the team inspect my car for free along with receipts that I could use as proof. This was just amazing service. .I cant thank him enough and it made my night. Thank you sir for the awesome service!

I had start up problems, so googled nearest place available to take a look at. I also wanted them to take a look at brakes so check if any servicing was needed. They replaced battery for first problem and estimated lot more which I wasnt willing to do at this point. When I took my car back, next day I noticed was Tire Cap rim was missing. They put it back, which they had forgotten earlier. But in two days, car started making cranking noise especially while turning, and vibrating lot more than before. So I took it back them again, they said that tire cap was loose and got noise fixed. The vibrations are still there which were never before and feel that something wasnt set right with car suspension during inspection. I would not recommend this place.

Can I add more stars??? My daughter just got a flat while driving my car to her work. I brought the car one block from her work to Tires Plus. Since my daughter works until 9pm and Tires Plus is only open until 8pm, I asked Corey if he could leave the car unlocked with the key hidden inside (its an old car and I wouldnt mind if someone stole it from me). Corey did me one better! He said that he would personally drive my car to my daughter and leave the key with her, even if it meant staying later than his shift!! This keeps my daughter from walking in the dark 2 blocks to pick up the car. Corey gets 10 stars from this Father!!!! Bring your car to Tires Plus if you want Excellent Service! Thanks again, Corey

Brought my Infiniti Coupe here. They got grease all over the steering wheel and shift knob. Could barely shift the thing. THE PUNK KID TOOK MY CAR FOR A JOYRIDE!! I was walking back from lifetime fitness across the street when I heard what sounded like my exhaust pipes revving to beat all hell. Low and behold a minute later in pulls my car. I called him out when he got back, he said they do that to make sure the tire pressure sensor light goes off after checking the tires. I said "well, did it go off?" (knowing full well the sensor was stuck on, on my way to infiniti for a warranty replacement). he said "Ya, its off now" . I got in my car and of course it was still on. The kid had a smirk on his face.

Went to tires plus on 4/23/17 to have my car looked at for a small leak in the gas line. The employee told me they had to order the part to fix the gas line and it would be ordered Monday and arrive on Wednesday. I set up a time on 4/28/17 to have the part replaced on 4/30/17. When i came in that day they told me the part was not ordered and I would have to get it fixed later. Called and talked to the manager later and he told me it was partly my fault they didnt have the part because I never called and got a quote from which the team said they would order a part and replace it for me. I wouldnt recommend tires plus unless you like having poor customer service and working with a rude and incompetent manager

Well, i was down on my luck and got a flat from an area im not totally familliar with, so google first came up with this place, i was kind of thinking id get great service from a top lister on google but lesson learned I will more then likely not be doing any services with this place nor tires plus anywhere, customer service has ZERO customer service and it took over an hour to change a tire on an unmounted spare tire. RIDICULOUS ! On top of it I the people working were talking about college and despite having an appointment meant nothing obviously. Not to mention you can add more then what they tell you online. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING.

I had a problem with my wheel steering on nissan altima 2005. I was told the steering shaft (Dorman 425 600) needs to be changed and was told price of the part is 309.99. I checked the price online and found that its price started at as low as 92 $ in walmart. They told that the price was different from the place they bought that is autozone. I even checked there and the price was showing up as 114$. Even the technician who worked on this does not know why he paid so much amount to autozone. Very unreliable place to service your car. Please check the prices at other places to see if they are quoting you correct.

Tried to rip me off!!! online the tires were for 94.49 each and there was a buy 3 get 1 free deal going on, came in and was quoted almost $580!!!!!!!! the math doesnt add up so i pointed that out, after all that he took off all of the extras that i did not even want on there in the first place and said that the price was off by $0.50 a tire and requoted me. still not the price that the website led me to believe. both the website and the store are misleading and want to try to steal your money if you look vulnerable. out of PRINCIPLE i will NEVER TAKE MY CAR THERE even if the price is cheaper than other places.
