Never Mind

On the evening of 11/15 I pulled into the rear parking lot of the Firestone stone and drove into an enormous cratering pothole and my vehicle was stuck. Store personal stood at the back window, just feet away, laughing and pointing. The pothole is on the stores property and may or may not have resulted in damage to my vehicle. When I went inside I was informed that store employees knew of the problem "yeah, I think they are trying to get that fixed at some point." There was nothing blocking that route, there was no cone in the crater. With the snow cover and late day sun it wasnt clear how deep the hole would be. The police advised that since it is private property is isnt a police matter, but is instead a known hazard on private property and is a liability risk. If there is damage to my vehicle I will take the necessary steps to ensure I am not the one paying for repairs. Needless to say I will take my business elsewhere. Store employees looking out the window laughing at me, I wonder how many other people they were laughing at throughout the day. Nice shop ya got there.

Andy and his crew really helped me in a crisis with prompt and courteous service. At noon on Sunday last week I discovered both my front tires were severely worn on the inside edges. I didnt feel safe driving the car to work the next day. I knew very few shops are open on Sundays and doubted anyone could help me on such short notice. By 5pm I left the West St. Paul Firestone with a set of two new front tires! Andy had my tires in stock (which were an odd size and hard to find) and his technicians discovered the issue behind the odd tire wear, a worn ball joint, which I was unaware of. I repaired the ball joint myself but Andy did not pressure me to repair that right away and was as concerned as I was about getting me back on the road ASAP so I could get to work the next day. Ill go back to this Firestone in the future and recommend you try them too!

Es una porqueria este lugar... Aparte de que todo es caro te meten otras cosas que son.. Y cuidado cuando te quieren vender algo ilimitado por que cuando regreses te van a sacar una cuenta de unos cuantos cientos y si no, pues no te arreglan nada.. Te salen con daños peregrinos.. This Firestone location is attempting to extort the city of West St. Paul for $30,000 over two small trees. Every business along Robert St. now has trees lining the blvd, in an attempt to revitalize and beautify the city. But this location is asking a ridiculous fee to allow their trees to stay. My family and friends will never shop here again, thanks to their selfless greed shown. Firestone hates trees.

Extremely disappointed this Firestone is forcing its neighbors and customers in West St Paul to pay $30,000 in order to keep two planted trees in front of the store! These trees add value to this commercial space for everyone, Firestone included! Completely inappropriate. Firestone is taking advantage of its neighbors. I will certainly not be taking my vehicles here any more.

I went in yesterday, and was treated horribly. I have been going to the west saint Paul locations for over 5 years, and never once was treated the way I was treated yesterday. I even have that gold status membership, and due to the attitude I recieved during my less than crap visit. I wont be coming back to Firestone, and I was a long time customer.

Its hard when you dont have that "car guy" friend who can do the work for you especially just the quick and east thing, these guys make you feel like that are that guy. Is more expensive to take it to a shop? yes but, these guys also get paid for there experience and knowledge. I will pay the extra to get good quality work!

Brought our vehicle in for some starting issues. Battery was replaced which was not the exact issue but the shop corrected the issue the following day and treated us fairly. I trust the shop managers and would definitely go back.
