Sadly, I had a really miserable experience. I asked how much an oil change would be and was told they started at about $45. With my $10 coupon that seemed reasonable. By the time they have given me an actual quote, i had waited half an hour and they had removed the air filter. They then told me I "needed" a synthetic blend. When I checked later I found this was NOT suggested by the auto company, but wasnt able to check that while I was there, so stupidly agreed to their recommendation. Additionally, they told me I needed a new air filter. Air filters are recommended to change every 30,000 miles on this car. It had been changed last go around and has less than 40,000 miles total on it. It clearly didnt need an air filter. And I doubt that the air filter looked like it had 30,000 miles on it. Then when my car was finally done, $95 late, I waited for more than 10 minutes while the cashier discussed romance authors and her need to sleep with a gun under her pillow because of some incident with another customer. What I expected to take 20 minutes or so, took more than an hour, even tho my car was first in line. And the cashier really wanted to overshare clearly personal information. Truly unprofessional. I wont be back.

Slow service, incompetent employees, overpriced services. I was the only car and there were three employees but it still took them 30 minutes to do an oil change. I asked to have my power steering fluid checked yet they didnt and I asked why and was told they could not find the reservoir. The employee was confused on how to close the oil pan. It looks like a very risky place to change your oil.

Great customer Service came in for my Oil Change and left in under 20 minutes. They even vacuumed out my car, cleaned the inside/outside windows, and filled my tires with air all with my oil change! AWESOME will definitely be coming back!

Took almost an hour for basic oil change and there was another person that had to wait even longer she was there way before me. If I knew it would take this long Id drop my car off at Midas or Firestone for half the cost.

Worst jiffy lube I have been into. Staffs are very rude. Full of low life people. I kept asking where the office was, and they didnt really care. Unless you wanna be treated as sh** , dont go.

Definitely the best Jiffy Lube that I have been to. Dont try to sell you stuff but actually focus on service! Ill definitely go back there again and again! Good job guys!
