I took my vehicle in to get two new tires on the back of my car. There was a bulge in one of the back tires so a simple change should be easy. I had no issues at all with the front tires before taking my car in. After driving away with the new tires on the back, my front end and steering wheel shook rather violently right away and the shaking didnt go away. I took my car back in to Tires Plus the next day and asked them if they moved the bad rear tires I needed replaced to the front of my car. They never actually said "no"; they just kept repeating "well, the paperwork says we didnt so therefore, we didnt." Then they came up with some excuse for why my front end was shaking and wanted me to pay an additional $250 to get it repaired and buy two new tires for the front. I did not let them do anymore work and I took my car to a mechanic friend out of town who examined my front tires. Sure enough, there was a bulge in one of the front tires and I know for a fact it wasnt there before I took my car to Tires Plus. Although I cant prove it, Im convinced that they took (stole) my good front tires and put the bad ones on the front, hoping I would buy two more new tires from them. Like I said, my front tires were in perfect condition before going to Tires Plus and when I left they were in awful shape. That kind of shady business is nothing I want to be a part of and I will never take my car there again. I really had high hopes in keeping my business local but sadly, that wont be the case from now on.

I looked through reviews on google maps for different tires plus locations and had a hard time finding one without negative reviews. This place was one of them. Thinking that it is a chain store and the warranty will be helpful, I decided to call this place up and get a quote. They were reasonable and friendly. Little did I know what I was getting into. They told me the same price when I walked in, but when I was done they had extra fees that they hadnt included in the quote (other tires plus places had and it would have been cheaper to go to a different one). The sales people were pushing to make sales. A lady in the store was trying to be convinced to buy 4 tires because she had one flat tire. The short time that I was there, I over hear the sales people making comments behind the customers backs. This may sound bad, but the worst problem is that I am having other problems with my car that were non existent before. Next time I will use my better judgment and go to a smaller independent mechanic who will be honest about his prices from the beginning and not break or change anything just so that I come back to get it fixed.

9 months ago we took our Ford Focus in because it was blowing only hot air and we figured it needed an AC check. They came back with a diagnosis of a bad compressor fairly fast but I didnt think too much of it. The bill was pretty steep but, after looking online, the model of Focus we have is pretty hard to service. Fast forward to today; the AC on our Focus just went out again. When the compressor was unhooked, Im not sure if they just hardly added any freon or if they just did a bad job putting in the compressor but, either way, Im now faced with another bill because someone did sloppy work and well be looking for someone else to do the follow up work.

FANTASTIC SERVICE!!! I decided to get snow tires after getting a flat tire near the Cottage Grove Tires Plus store. They first fixed my flat within one hour and ordered up snow tires that were both affordable and highly rated. They were shipped to the store the next day and I was in and out within an hour. After getting home, I went online to check pricing and they were the lowest price I could find. But more importantly, the service and experience were top notch. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Had my front end checked before going in. No problems according to 2 sources. Brought to tires plus for tires and alignment and the trek me I have bad hub assembly and lower ball joint. Fixed the hub myself only to discover it was perfectly fine. Had no indication of a bad ball joint until after I left the shop with a shaking steering wheel which I didnt have before going in. All in all they wanted $900 to fix both. LoL laughed at them and walked out. Never going back. Avoid at all costs.

Regular tire shop... They have done good work, but Ive repeatedly gotten a song and dance about how they cant mount 2 new tires on the front of a front wheel drive car by law. Ive tried and failed to find that law, so Im pretty sure its an upsell tactic.

This is a franchise, and it sucks, they charge for half ass work, and wont honor prices and deals run by tires Plus. Go to the Woodbury store where they will actually do good work, and do it right.
