Ive taken two cars to them first a Ford Focus and got the best service I couldve imagined but then I took my new car a Saab and the first time I took my Saab there I got the same level of service that I got with my focus. Then just yesterday I took my Saab in for the works service pack and I saw them come out and talk to everyone else in the waiting and explain what was going on. For me I was never talked to or even looked at twice. I wasent even given the card you get when they finish to talk about your service. Very disappointed

$71 for an oil change and rotation? I needed one before my trip to Chicago, it took well over an hour, they screwed up my next oil change sticker so not sure when Im due, and didnt reset the oil life monitor in the truck.. and stole a knife I had under my seat. Never coming back or will have any thing good to say about this rip off place .

DO NOT GO HERE FOR REPAIRS - THEY DAMAGE CUSTOMERS VEHICLES AND REFUSE RESPONSIBILITY. I left my car overnight with them, picked it up the next day and it had a massive scrape all along one side - damage over $1500! I met with their Service Director and they just blatantly denied responsibility. Unscrupulous business, avoid at all costs.

This is the second time I bought a car from them. Once again I had a great experience. I was greeted right away. My rep Geoff was awesome!!! He was not pushy and had an answer to my questions. Everything went smoothly. I will definitely go back again for future purchases.
