I have never taken the time to write a review for a business but I felt like experience at Precision Auto was worth my the time it takes to write this review. I went to Walmart to get an oil change and was told they would not change my oil because they smelled heavy gas and I needed to take my car to be looked at immediately. After going several places with no luck because most places, i.e. Firestone, were going to charge me 80 dollars just to look at my car, I stopped at Precision. Not only did the guys at Precision check my car for free, they also took the time to look my issue up on the computer and find out my fuel pump had a recall from Chevy. They printed out the papework I needed and gave me their card and said if I had any issues with Chevrolet to call them and they would try and help. Super customer service and a super business. My first time in there and I will go back for any issue wtih my car!

Had them to put brakes on my truck and they damaged my rim. I had to keep airing up my rear right tire never could find a hole in my tire come to find out the guy that work here damaged my rim when he had my truck in the air on the rack he just let my tires just fall to the floor. Didnt bleed the brake line so I had no brakes. So they had to fix it the next morning. I had these rims on my truck when I brought this truck brand new now because of this idiot I got to buy a new set. So for anyone wanting to use these guys go at your own risk.

I allow this place to charge my air and check for leaks for $70. Two days later, no air. I took the car back and was told I had a bad compressor which they replaced for $500. One day later, no air! I returned again with the car. They checked it out and find the leak on one of the lines. They wanted another $300! I tooked the car somewhere else. I did not have the compressor core to prove nothing was wrong with it in the first place. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Rip-off!

Poor Customer Service. Called in advance to verify pricing and wait time for an oil change. Gave car details such as make, model, year, and engine size. Show up to place 15 minutes later, for them to tell me a price that is $20 more than quoted and accused me of lieing! Didnt try to work with me as the customer or nothing.Walked right out and NOT going back! EVER!
