I do say...these guys are great...i spent an entire day shopping around Conway for a good tire place and Conway Tire and Battery is the only shop i felt a good vibe from the second i walked in...the entire staff is extremely friendly, very knowledgeable of their products and what they sell, and dont hesitate at giving you a bit of free advise...at first i figured Id get a good deal with the Walmart Specials, but for my 14" rim, they would have had to order my tires which would take around two weeks to arrive...Conway Tire blew them out of the water by ordering the tires and receiving them the SAME DAY...These guys take all the stress out of needing new tires for your vehicle...all in all....Im ecstatic...my little Rangers happy...and Im resting easy knowing Ive found an excellent company to do business with...

I passed through Conway on RV trip and needed a tire for car dolly. First two places on google search told me they did not have my tire. I called Conway and Russell told me the same thing but said he would find one and call me within an hour. He called 30 minutes later and it was delivered and installed 2.5 hours after that. If I lived near this place they would get all my business.

Very friendly, but I am not certain I was sold brand new tires. I think I may have gotten returned tires. They were excessively dirty and the front "spokes" were fewer in number (by a lot) than the back tires. I cant say for sure. I didnt say anything at the store. Also, I had a coupon from their website that they decided they would not honor in full.

Amazing group of people! Very helpful, very honest, and best prices. I came in ready to buy two tires because another location said there was a puncture that couldnt be repaired. They triple checked everything for me, saved me a lot of money and went above and beyond what was required. Highly recommend you bring your business here.

When my girlfriends tire went low, they let us borrow an air tank to get the truck to their shop and got it fixed by lunch time the same day. They explained things to her well and did not push her to buy the more expensive tires. Great people, great service, and they made us feel comfortable calling them when ever we had questions.

very nice people the owner and his staff went above and beyond to help us out of a bad situation i called on short notice and explained the problem with a failed battery he said no problem my driver got there and they had her out with 2 new batteries less than 45 min and back on the road i say bravo and thanks

These guys are so helpful and great! I called not knowing exactly what tires I had on/needed to buy and they walked me through everything. As a 22 year old girl I dont know much, but they treated me with respect and answered every question I had. As long as I am in the area, I will be a customer for life.
