When explaining the difficulty about how my vehicle is not in the same working order as I left it in. When the finished working on my vehicle they ran over a freaking crow bar with my BRAND NEW TIRES TWICE. And slammed it I to the lift arm trying to back out. AS IM STANDING THERE WATCHING, and their response was to laugh about it. The management proceeds to talk to me like I am stupid and incompetent. I suggest you safe your money and time and the harm on your vehicle. Now they are not going to do anything about the damage to my vehicle. My rim is bent and I understand it takes force to bend a rim,but Dont you think there would be scraps scuffs and scratches if it came from a curb check. A rim does not bow at the lug nuts randomly. And instead of finding a solution they sit there silently. Bad customer service.

So we brought our van in to have the ac serviced about 3 months ago. We are from ohio and were here on work. I told them we just had it recharged before we left and the ac isnt cold at all. I wanted them to look it over and see what the problem was. They told me there were no leaks and whomever did it before did it incorrectly. So i told them to go ahead and do it. I pick the van up and its still not cold. I ask them and they say thats the best they can get it. I didnt want to keep messing with it cause we wanted to get our work done and go home. Well i finally took the van to my mechanic at home. ALL THE LINES HAD LEAKS AND THE SYSTEM COULDNT HOLD A CHARGE! Its fixed now but i dont know how firestone could miss this unless they just didnt want to do it? I would stay away from this place if i were you.

Purchased four new tires from Firestone two years ago. Half way into the warranty period, one of the tires went bad. I took my car to Firestone to have the bad tire replaced. They charged me half of what it costs to buy a new tire to replace it, then they told me it was my fault that the tire failed because I hadnt been in to have the tires rotated. I corrected them immediately. I hadnt been in to THERE SHOP to have the tires rotated in two years because every time I attempt, their waiting time is in the range of 3-4 hours before they can even get my car into the bay. The management of this store is completely clueless about how to run their business. I found another tire shop on JFK and Kierre Drive that opened up last year that is a whole lot better and now they get my business.

Had two failed run-flat tires on a long distance road trip and towed my vehicle here. Folks here pulled the tires from the warehouse, price matched another tire dealer, and had us back on the road in about 2 hours. Chaz (?) was a great guy - super friendly, all smiles, no delays. Very few folks are open on a Saturday after noon. Even fewer can really respond quickly to a stranded out of towner. One star was left on the table because the tires did not balance out well, but that has more to do with tire and equipment than service or experience. Had to take them to another store to get it sorted out. These folks were great though, I wouldnt think twice about picking up tires here again.

Ive been here a few time only for oil changes and tire rotations. Each time is an all day affair. Today, for example, I dropped it off at 10:30 AM and went to run some errands. I came back and now it is 4:00 and I am still waiting. The staff is rude also and its just a horribly managed business. Which sucks because it is so close to home. But I dont care anymore Ill drove 5 miles down the road to midas from now on.

Had an 11:00 appointment and 45 minutes later they finally told us we were up next and 15 minutes later they still didnt touch our car. They said they were short staffed but we could see them joking and messing around in the shop. They also told us a guy had been in there longer and they were still working on his vehicle. And told us to go to the Jacksonville location to see if they can get our car done.

Staff allowed me to observe tire replacement, not many places will do this. Went to pep boys down the street only to have technician and cashier fight in front of me on if he was going to do it now. Waited absurdly long, this is while I watched another pull up, get their tire changed, and leave. I believe customer service is part of my purchase, hence why I will be going back.

I was traveling through town and we were on a very long trip nearing the end. My wifes tires have been rubbed very badly on the interior for some reason. The store had the tires i needed, for me in within 30 minutes, torque wrenched the lugs to completion and aligned them for under 700. Good job on quality and not terribly expensive for new wheels.

We have used these guys for a number of repairs and tire replacements and even some last minute help in an emergency and they always get it done at a fair price, with friendly service (Chaz esp) and a thorough job, without making up any excessive or dishonest repair needs for your vehicle. Cant recommend a better place in the LR area.

This place was awful. When installing two tires, they made a deep gouge all the way around my rims. Then they said it was there before. Luckily I was smart enough to take full car pics in the parking lot. They then offered to fix the rims, and gave me a number that never picks up.Thanks alot. DONT GO HERE! including rims

I was travelling from Fort Smith to Memphis, where I live. Broke down in Little Rock and tow truck took me to this Firestone. They found the problem and fixed it in about 15 minutes. They had to order and put on a part and refill the oil. Didnt charge me a thing!!! Sent me on my way. Go to them. Good stuff.

In spite of being fully booked, they took my truck in. Turned out I had a bad wheel bearing assembly. If they had turned me away, I would have probably lost a tire on the freeway and rolled over. Their staff and service is five-star!

Very fast and friendly service! I had brakes replaced, oil changed, and tires rotated all done within an hour (with an appmt). I highly recommend this location and Chaz McCrotty for your servicing needs! Very satisfied customer!

No one was at the desk and had to wait and was told it would take maybe 1.5 hours to get to my truck so I gave them 3+ hours and when I get there they havent even started. So I took my keys and left. Dont waste my time!
