I will never be back. I was a first time customer here, after choosing this salon based on reviews I had read, which were all really good. However, I had a very disappointing experience. They ruined my hair, were not child friendly at all, and one of the hairdressers never got off her cell phone the entire time we were there! Didnt look up when we came in, say hello, or in any other way acknowledge that we were even there, except to fuss at my kids for stuff that wasnt their fault, like my youngest daughter accidentally bumping her head on the wall behind her as she scooted up into her seat, and dropping a magazine on the floor, etc. I asked for a pixie cut, and SPECIFICALLY told the girl that I did NOT want a boy looking haircut, and even specified that I didnt want clippers used at all. She cut my hair so short in the back and on the sides that my hair is literally now shorter than my husbands and both of my boys. She used the clippers and shaved at the bottom of it by my neck, and it looks awful!! All of my friends who have seen it so far are shocked, and my daughters hairdresser said it was a terrible cut. I am extremely unhappy and was even more unhappy that I was charged a whopping $50 for a terrible cut! The hairdresser next to me made it very clear that she didnt appreciate my kids being there, in spite of the fact that they are well behaved, sat quietly in the chairs the entire time, and didnt even talk! The one cutting my hair told me about how much she disliked children, would never have children, couldnt cut kids hair because she dislikes them, etc. I have never had such a terrible hair cutting experience in my life! If you have kids or like kids, avoid this place. If you are female and want a feminine cut, avoid this place. It was not convenient to get to, had very limited parking, only two seats for customers, and the atmosphere is not good at all. Worst $50 spent on a hair cut ever, and now I look like a boy!

I absolutely LOVE Suite.102! In fact, I love it so much I drive to Little Rock from Fayetteville to see my girl, Alyssa. Everyone who works there is super friendly and the atmosphere is the best of any salon I have been to. Give Suite.102 a whirl. You wont be disappointed.

In town for work and so glad I found this place. Jackie is so awesome and my hair looks ah-maz-ing! She recolored it and added pops of blues in there. So fun and so pretty! I wish she lived in Texas!!
