Awful customer service. Walked in to get cuts for my daughter and partner, he got taken back after the 10 minute wait we were told we would have. They told me that my daughter would be another 15 minutes after that. Two walk-ins came in after us, and I was still waiting for my daughter to be taken back after they got taken back. That 25 minute total wait turned into nearly an hour. We left after my partners hair was done, because between the 4 stylists working, they couldnt even manage to get my daughter STARTED. After leaving, my partner suggested that maybe they had completely forgotten that she was waiting for a cut. In that case, they need to figure out a better system for their schedule. Obviously taking down your name on the computer isnt effective. Ive never had an experience like this at other Fantastic Sams locations, and after this being my first time at the Stillwater location, I will never go back. They need to get their business figured out.

I bleached my hair 3 times at home myself and my hair was pretty damaged but still manageable and it was orange. Went to fantastic Sams to see if they could fix it, they said they could. All she did was cut off all my hair when I said not to and bleach it and damage it even worse. Now my hair is ruined because of fantastic Sams. Completely just destroyed. I couldve done a better job fixing it myself. I paid $116. And my hair was still orange afterwards. Im gonna call to see if they will do anything about this because this is unacceptable.

Went there with three of my kids to get haircuts so a total of 4 haircuts. One of the girls out of the three had a personality. They made the experience feel awkward the cuts werent that great and I gave her coupons for $2 off each haircut and they only applied to two haircuts. After spending $15 per kid haircut and $18 for mine ($63 plus tip) I felt very unsatisfied. Wont be back.

this is one of the best fantastic sams i have ever been to they are fast and friendly and very clean i have never been to one with professional service such as this if you go there make sure to ask a bout the vip its a few dollars more but will worth it. i have told all my friends about it i will never go to any other place again. thank you Stillwater Fantastic Sams!

Stopped in to get 3 kids and an adult hair cut. They were friendly and got us in right away. The two boys had a different styles who was very friendly and did a really nice job on both of their hair. The girls had a not so talentented stylest who did the most minimal hair cut even though I asked for much more than what she was providing. Wont be back for girl cuts.

Well i was looking for a hairsalon i really needed a haircut i looked up and i found fantastic sam i walked in and a lady welcomed me in she was very friendly my hair was a mess and she managed to make it look good. they are amazing i defenitly recommend this place
