I have been going to this salon for 7 years. My last experience will not have me coming back. I frequently go here for color and cut jobs. They are supposed to make notes in the account on what color/blend they use so when you come back three months later, they know whats going on and such. No notes on my account from my previous service. The girl I had (Cassidy) messed up my hair so bad I was balling in the chair. I wanted an ombre. What I got was that I looked like the singer "Sia"..Black on top, white on the bottom. Then another girl redid the color job...a tiny bit better. Said she was going to have the manager call me the next day...its been three weeks, no phone call. Will never, ever, go back there. High turnover of employees. Will not recommend.

I just got a haircut by one of the stylists named Nicole, or Nikki (I think thats her nickname). She cut my hair to exactly what I wanted and was very knowledgeable when it came to all my questions. She recommended products to keep my hair healthy, but definitely didnt push them on to me. I would definitely recommend her for a stylist if you can request her, she will make sure you have a good experience.

I have been going to the RF location for a while now and am very pleased every visit! This last visit was probably the best out of all of them! My stylist really took the time to make sure my foils didnt run together when she rinsed them and took the time to style my hair after even though it was already passed closing hours. You wont be disappointed!

They did a horrible job with my hair cut!!! I go to Fantastic Sams in my hometown and they always do an amazing job. I went here and my bangs were so messed up and uneven, I went back to get them fixed and then they were crazy short and still uneven! I had to wear a head band for 2 weeks to cover it up!! I will never go there again!

Took my daughter in and had red and purple highlights done for her birthday. Paid over $100 then two weeks later you couldnt even tell her hair had been colored!! What a scam!!! I even bought her the special shampoo and conditioner for colored hair. Im extremely disappointed!!

I went there for a quick haircut, and the manager (I think) left the desk to help out the staff. However, she stopped at least twice to answer the phone, and I believe in doing so, screwed up my service. My girlfriend insisted that I go to her salon to have it fixed.

Terrible experience at this location. I used to love going to fantastic Sams in Baraboo Wi, but since I moved here everytime I go in the wait is 1.5 hours plus. If this is the case they should hire more employees. They have plenty of stations at up for it.

Be warned!! Half color sale only applies to your hair above the shoulder. Any extra length and you have to pay the full up charge and dont expect them to be polite about it. For those of us who cannot afford salon color this upcharge makes a difference.
