tl;dr They changed the wrong tire, replacing a perfectly good tire. They would have let me drive off on a dangerously damaged front tire if Id not double checked their work. Full version: I drove over something yesterday and my left front tire started making an odd noise, so when I got to Alameda I took a look at it and part of the tire was actually peeling away - you could see the exposed belt underneath the rubber. I of course found the closest tire place, a Goodyear center, and brought it in. This was about 5pm last night. They didnt close until 6:00, but the only person who could actually work on the tire had gone home for the day. No worries, I could take the bus today and pick it up this afternoon. I called about 11am this morning and was told it would be done in 20 minutes. When I got there about 3:30 this afternoon they told me it was done, but it hadnt been. As I mentioned, the tire was visibly falling apart. Pieces of it were physically coming off. It seems they changed a perfectly good tire on the left REAR instead. To fix it, they put my old left rear tire onto the left front, leaving the new tire on the left rear. I dont know if it makes any difference where the new tire goes - Im not a car person. They didnt give me any kind of discount, or free rotation / tire balance / anything, they just said "sorry". Now I feel like I need to go to my dealer and have them double check the work.

The service and staffs are really irresponsible. Purchased 4 set of tires i think around $700 + $200 lifetime alignment + around $100 hazardous protection on the each tires. Every time when you try to make an appointment for a balancing and rotation service the staff at this store always will try to reject you for a next week and wants you to drop it off when they open at 8am and will take their time until 2-3pm. Which means when you have a service that been purchased before they dont care about you and they dont wanna deal with you , its including the store manager guy named TJ. Also i have brought my vehicle 3 time to get the alignment right cause they just couldnt get it right! It was off every time and one of my tire were off at the edge cause these guys couldnt get the ALIGNMENT right now they want me to purchase a new one for a $200 even when you have a PROTECTION PLAN ON EACH TIRE + A WARRANTY ! The reason why only one tire wear off at the edge is cause THE ALIGNMENT was always off ! Now today the store manager that he claims to be TJ didnt want to deal with my ALIGNMENT and refunded my charge on LIFETIME ALIGNMENT $200. I wouldnt suggest to get ANY SERVICE FROM THIS STORE ! IRRESPONSIBLE ,SLOW , RUDE SERVICE!!! A BIG WASTE OF TIME DEALING WITH THIS STORE !!! And i see all these complaints and wonder how come the headquarter doesnt do anything about their staff and service?!

Went in to check on the tires for my honda pilot and was given a good deal compared to other places. Not by much...maybe saving of $20 or so..and another factor is that it was in my neighborhood. So I got pricing and location as fair deal....tires not the greatest with only 40k waranty but its the customer service that brings you back....wish that they had the tire in stock which is the only negative on the deal....so I got to wait 6 hrs for the tires to come in...lucky it was my day off or otherwise I would bring it to big o tires to have buy 3 get 1 free deal. So I decided to bring my wife car in for oil change and was quoted 15.99 for it ..good deal. Then the service advisor check out the car when I asked for tire rotation and it was down to the wear bar...so I needed new tires..thinking.....thinking...shud I get then....or not.....right off the bat he gave me some options in tires....was this a sales pitch to get me to buy tires AGAIN since I order some this morning..maybe....but I needed new tires....great service...he said he can get me a good deal...so good I could say no...free oil change, $20 off alingment , lifetime warranty on the tires... Waiting for the result of the tires and service for one of my cars, then I would update this site for overall service

Been going for years dealing with Malcolm great guy we love him helps us everytime today we get a flat have warranties on the tires called to get the tire fixed as our car is on the freeway and was told by cody he could not get us a tire or fix it today even when i told him my child and i are on the side of the rode he was rude and said i cant help u. Didnt even offer to get a tire for now and fix it tomorrow. Just said i cant Do it today. Im so done I told so many people about ur place and how great it is but copy just gave u a bad name. After venting my feelings here is was called the next morning by John who apologized for what had happened told me that he would talk to cody who was new and most likely was unsure what he could do. John talked to me and offered to make everything right by fixing the tire and refunding the money I had spent on getting a new tire. I like to thank John for showing great customer service and showing how much he cares about his customers. Thank you I dont think any other place would of stepped up and made the effort to call and address my concerns. This just provide that you all are still the number 1 tire shop/repair shop around here and I will continue to tell others how great you all are

The staff is very unprofessional and rude.The sales rep was argumentative with another customer when I was waiting to be helped. He then complained to me about that customer he was dealing with while helping me. My wife later took the car back to get the tires put on the car and was argued with because the guys in the shop were on lunch during our appointment. Instead of trying to accommodate or apologize for the inconvenience they blamed us for making an appointment at 1:00pm. I would not recommend going here.

I wish I have less than 1 star option ! This place is the worst Tire and services center in America; their warranty is fake, after doing my cars wheel alignment there, my car started shifting to left while driving, I called them and went to the services center to check on this and after they new that I am coming to recheck on my car the manager said " we dont have time", this is only because I am using my warranty and not paying $. Save your money and find somewhere else.

This is a good shop. Their manager did what he can to accommodate what I needed and at reasonable time. His other sales rep wasnt so experienced or accommodating. Over all. The quality of the maintenance work warrants the five stars. Im happy with the results add my cars sporting new tires and a new alignment that feels newer than when I first got the car.

I called them an hour before closing, and they were able to squeeze me in. At no point did I feel they were trying to rush me out the door once I got there, they took their time to make sure everything was in working order. Once they were done, they explained what was going on, fixed the issue, did a quick air check on my tires, and I was on my way.
