I had an issue in which I bought a vehicle at a dealership about four hours away from where I live. The vehicle had a small interior scratch on the center console at the time of purchase, but the dealership couldnt fix it at the time. 101 Auto Body offered to take a look at it and buff it out free of charge; they lived up to their word. I took it in without an appointment, they looked at it immediately, and fixed most of the scratch. There is a bit that they couldnt fix without repainting the panel, but thats understandable. I doubt they want it advertised that theyll offer pro bono work in certain circumstances, but thats the kind of customer service that will get me to come back. They earned my business.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! I HAD A HUGE SCRATCH ON THE BACK OF MY 2010 CAMRY, I TOOK IT HERE TO HAVE IT REPAIRED, & THEY HAD MATCHED THE COLOR PERFECTLY, "IT LOOKED LIKE I NEVER HAD A SCRATCH!!!!" AND IT DIDNT TAKE THEM LONG TO HAVE MY CAR READY, I WAS TOLD 3 DAYS, BUT THEY CALLED ME THE NEXT DAY FOR PICK UP. THIS PLACE DOES GREAT WORK!! I RECCOMENDED THIS TO MY FRIENDS&FAMILY! P.S PRICE IS AFFORDABLE! = )
