ZENTRUM MOTORS is hands down the BEST AUTOMOTIVE EXPERIENCE experience I have had. I don’t usually write reviews but this place did exceed my expectations. I am an owner of a twin turbo 2009 Bmw 335i and I am very careful with who gets to touch my car. With Zentrum Motors the service I received has been the same if not better than the BMW dealerships in the bay area. One of the times I came in I had my engine cleaned out and maintained and now my car preforms better and my fuel efficiency went back to what the factory claims. I am saving about 40% more on gas now. I am so thankful I now know about this place I have been a returning customer ever since and here are some other reasons why. Quality service at a fair price! What they do here they do well and you pay much less than dealership prices and receive dealership quality or better service! They give a large discount for your first service! Courtesy shuttle service! The automotive professionals working on the cars are experienced and knowledgable some with European automotive dealership backgrounds! They take a look at your car as a whole as well as the maintenance/service you came in for. This way they do quality work and let you know about any other issues you may have not known about! Paula remembers who you are overtime you call, she has been very friendly and helpful every time! Joe is a excellent service advisor trust me you will know what I mean when you meet him, he is very friendly and understanding! Im always in a better mood talking with him. He has gave me the best service experience based on his knowledge, experience, and true personal passion for cars. Always looking out for you and your car. I have received courtesy inspections as a heads up on future service when bringing my car in. Also any advice to help prevent further maintenance or issues with my car! Try this place out trust me you will be happy that you did!

All Mercedes Audi BMW did an amazing job fixing my ML500! Not only are they reasonably priced, but they also have very close relationships with their customers, you can tell that they genuinely care, not like other places that just want your money. The individuals that I got to meet were all very polite and caring. At first I was uneasy about going to a new shop to care for my Mercedes but had no choice because I moved here out of state. From the minute I walked in they welcomed me, LISTENED to what I had to say and got me on my way. They even have a full time driver that took me and picked me up from work, now if thats not service Im not sure what is! I will definately be returning for all my MLs needs, but hopefully not too soon.;) If you have a Mercedes, BMW, Audi, or Porsche and you like great service at a great price, All MAB is definately the place for you!

I own a 2000 Porsche Boxster with 61,000 miles, so I came for the 60,000 mile service. I had an extremely positive experience at Zentrum. Three words come to mind with regard to Zentrum Motors…CUSTOMER SERVICE, HONESTY and WOKMANSHIP. Joe greeted me, sat me down and assessed my needs. I told him that I was concerned about the rib belt. I had purchased the car recently and was unsure if the rib belt had been changed. As it turned out the rib belt was good and it did not need changing They could have told me different and I would not known the difference. They replaced the spark plug coils as they were cracked. And repaired/replaced leaking sparkplug tubes among other things. The car is now running soooo good. And a gain of 3 miles per gallon is the tangible proof. From here on out only Zentrum will touch my Porsche.

I went to Zentrum because they were the closest shop to my office that can work on my Porsche Boxster. I keep coming back because of the excellent work they do. Most recently, when the check engine light came on they found that the timing chain was rubbing against the valve rail. Zentrum worked with the warranty company to get authorization to repair it. After it was fixed and the check engine light was off they felt that it still wasnt running right. They opened the other side of the engine and found the same fault. Again, they brought in the warranty company. Now that the total bill was over $5000 they had to go to a higher level to get it authorized. This caused a delay. When I finally picked up the car, 2 1/2 weeks later, they comped me the $200 deductible on the insurance. Im definitely a FAN!

The Air Conditioning in my 99 C230 went bad so I called around to various places for a quote. After getting off the phone with Mike (from the parts dept. at allmercedes) I took a couple of days and thought it over... I Brought my car in on Tuesday morning at 9am. David welcomed me and made me feel very comfortable. I left my car with them, they replaced my Receiver/Dryer, A/C Compressor, Expansion Valve, and even threw in a couple of Serpentine Belts! On top of all of that, they had their driver drive me home to Hercules (which is about 20 miles away) and then pick me up the next morning to bring me to get my car. I was VERY satisfied with this place. The service is excellent, the shop itself is sophisticated, and the people are very warm and welcoming. I highly recommend Allmercedesbmw to anyone!

I own an Audi A4 and recently Ive been having some issues with the clutch, so initially, I brought my car to the dealer. As always, the dealer was trying to juice me for cash, so I had to shop around. I came across ALL MAB through a friend, and I have nothing bad to say about this place. As others have mentioned the staff here are very helpful and informative, the shop was big and clean. The best part at ALL MAB was their competitive pricing, it cost 50% less than what the dealership quoted me for. My car was done the next day! I will definitely come back if I need any additional service.

my cars side mirror cover fell off. I called MBZ dealership, they quota one hr labor for it. another auto shop gave me a quota including part replacement. I brought the car to this shop. Dave saved the mirror and didnt ask me for a penny. He said its not much work for it. Its really the first time that I saw a business so honest with what they are doing. I heard they even have a little garden in the shop for staffs to Zen out during break. You wont go wrong with a business that really takes care of its staffs. Great Service, wonderful experience. I will certainly come back.

I am an Enthusiast...For me a car is WAY more than an appliance to go from point-A to point-B, and I am VERY Particular about who works on my cars. I have an ////AMG Mercedes, and the Team at ALL-MAB are extraordinary. They know my car, understand my passion, use the best OEM parts and treat me and my car with ultimate respect. Which, sadly, is more than I can say for the dealer most of the time! ALL-MAB pricing is VERY FAIR, but more importantly, they take care of my car with a level of craftsmanship that has all but disappeared in this disposable world.
