My experience at this firestone started somewhat positive. The guy at the front desk was pleasant but it just gets worse from there. I have done my own brakes several times unfortunately I was out of town this time so I had no jack or jack-stands or tools of any kind to complete the job myself. The parts for this job cost around $200 and that is for very high quality parts. Much higher than the parts used at firestone. It takes about an hour to complete this job so youre thinking maybe itll be $300. Nope try $600. This is an atrocity and I recommend anyone with half a brain to never go to firestone. Essentially $400 in labor for a job that entails the most basic of knowledge and experience. I will never go to this chain again nor will my many uber driver friends who need maintenance done on their car basically every month. You may have ripped me off for hundreds of dollars but trust me you just lost way more than that in future business.

went in there for the lifetime alignment, they had no problem with doing -2.2 camber all around the first time I came here however I came across some idiot that said they wouldnt work on my car because I didnt have enough thread on the tires...Even though they were Nitto NT01s Semi slicks...with plenty of meat on them (for a R-compound tire) it even still had all the thread markers clearly visible! other then this ape, the alignment service I received was great, I was able to come back because I changed my mind about my passenger rear camber (decided it was too much) and they didnt give me a hard time about it or anything.

Knocked down 1 star due to a recent experience with a minor tech (not one of the regulars) he talked over me and didnt let me explain what needed to be checked when I brought my car in for service. The normal staff is usually top notch and knowledgeable. Just 1 guy doest get how to LISTEN to a client who has legit car concerns. Took my car to Square Deal in Pinole, and happily got a full check up without the condensending attitude.

Very good experience dealing with Hill Top Firestone. Ben and other crew where great, got every thing right and on time. Ill be back next week for two more tires. Based on this experience, l plan on bringing in my other vehicle (Ford Ranger) for brakes and U - Joints. Thanks. Tom Cress.

Whats the point of making an appointment if, now, two hours after said appointment time my car still has not been looked at. Even as I watch people that arrived after me with later appointments than me get there cars looked at and finished getting their work done.

I have exchanged pair of my tires there. They accepted the internet coupon printed and did all job in 45 minutes. The facility is clean and quit. I will buy there again

Got an appointment and got there on time. However, the guys told me it will take 5 hours for an oil change. So I just left and went to Jiffy Lube.
