Great prices on mens shirts, pretty expensive on pants. I get my work work clothes done here weekly and the owner is pretty nice. Shell do special requests on getting things back quickly, but fastest is 6:30pm next day and only if you get things to her before 9am. She will do very minor repairs (replace buttons, for example) for free, but usually forgets to do it before you pick up your clothes. I live 2 mins away, so the convenience factor is very high. Not sure if Id use her if there were other choices just as convenient.

Started off OK, but has gone way down in customer service. Will not go back. Lost wifes dress, and was told you have to come back later, I did still no dress to take on trip. came back two weeks later and got dress while another customer was complaining to clerk for another problem. I dont pay money for problems, I pay money to fix problems. Ill drive back to Vallejo for better service, "thats how bad it is!"

Not your friendly neighborhood cleaner, this place is convenient if you live in AmCan but that is the only positive. Service is lacking, turnaround time is a minimum of 3 days unless you really haggle with them. Mending, alterations and minor repairs are super expensive. Save yourself the grief and drive in Vallejo, Napa or Fairfield.

Terrible customer service! Went back 3 times to pick up clothing when it was supposed to be done. Each time they said they needed more time it wasnt done yet, even when they had said it would be done at that time. Finally took my clothes with out having them done. I will drive farther to get better service!!

Hardly ever open. Went today at 11:20 said office hrs were open at 11. Very unreliable.
