FIVE STARS for star cleaners. They put so much effort to ensure that your clothes come out perfect. This is the only cleaners I trust since Ive moved to Vallejo. I always get greeted with a smile. I love the customer service and the quality of their service! An example- After moving to Vallejo, I dropped of my wedding dress thinking there was no way they would get the black stains from the bottom of the dress out. Keep in mind it took me 5 months after the wedding to bring it in. I was told it would be ready with in a week. I got a follow call and they asked for permission to keep it longer to try to work the stains out. When I got my dress back it looked new!

Honest, friendly, reliable service. I am visiting from out of town. I called on a Thursday to ask if my suit and shirt could be dry cleaned and returned to me the same day. The man on the phone was honest enough to tell me no, they couldnt deliver same day service on a Thursday since they only dry clean on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Since I didnt need my suit until Saturday he guaranteed that it would be ready by 3 PM on Friday, and sure enough it was. Being honest and upfront with me about my order was shocking, you dont see that kind of service very often anymore. Thanks again for taking care of an out of town visitor!
