Nothing happy about Happy Cleaners. Extremely dirty facility. Half of the machines are out of order and the ones that are working are extremely out dated and none of them wash or spin dry very well causing the need for extra dry time which costs the customer more money. The owner clearly doesnt understand the concept that you have to spend money to make money. Save yourself time and money and hit the laundry mat on river road. This was my first and will be my LAST visit to "not-so-Happy" Cleaners. Did I mention it was was disgusting?!?! So gross!!

I agree with Jessica from 3 years ago and it has not changed much since then. They did replace dryers but the owner does not clean and I had to clean my own lint from the two huge dryers myself. I filled a garbage can with the lint. When I asked the owner he told me that since the trap was so big he only cleaned it every few days. It looked to me like it had not been done in a week. The washers all have dirt and dust all over them and many are broken. I will not go back. The owner just does not care about his business.

My girlfriend went in to try to use the bathroom just now because the owner next door said they had a public restroom. Well, right before she went on she was yelled at the by the old lady who works there that it isnt a public restroom. Its okay if it isnt public, but theres no need to talk down to her about it. But really? I thought it as against the law to deny someone to use the bathroom if they really had to go. Would never give my business to a place like this or reccomend it to friends and family.

Trying on my wedding gown before the wedding, unfortunately we put a small lipstick smudge, right in the front of the gown skirt! We took it to Happy Dry Clean & Laundromat in Puyallup, and the helpful staff immediately spot cleaned it--no charge--and no smudge anymore! I am so grateful and happy with Happy Dry Clean! Highly recommended!

Asked for a jacket fixed, tried to give it back to me a week later and pass off that they fixed it, they didnt even touch it. Also did laundry, saw they had a pay with credit card, machines cost 3$, thought "thats way easier than dealing with quarters", my account gets charged 5 dollars

Ive had to do my laundry a few times here while my machine broke down at home. Staff has been very friendly and the machines do well on cleaning my clothes. I pop back and forth from work to here to do my laundry and always have had a positive experience.

Our dryer was not working, so I used this place to dry some of our laundry. The owner was very friendly, and the dryer was reasonably priced and very effective. By the way, the machines are either credit card friendly or coin operated which I appreciated.

This is legit the most disgusting laundry mat I have ever been too!! I needed an extra large washer for my king sized comforter. If this is all I have to choose from I would rather wash it in the bath tub. This place is a hazard and should be shut down .

Only decent laundromat in Puyallup also is a cleaners. Has plenty of double load and triple load washers and are fairly priced and the dryers dry fast. Owner and staff very friendly even offer coffee. I enjoy going there.

The machines are terribly overpriced Half of the machines are broken. Some of them will rip you off. The owners are inattentive. The building is dirty and smells like urine.

Dirty machines, it looks like some of them grow moss , it took forever to dry too. I had to toss a couple pieces of clothing after washing them, Never Will return!

Ruined my suit jacket and when asked what I wanted done, I asked them to replace the jacket and they refused. Should be renamed "Not So Happy Dryclean"

Nice friendly staff. I dont normally use a laundry mat but I had to wash and oversize comforter. Plenty of extra large machines. All and all nice
